Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico! La struttura è molto accogliente, pulita e con una vista bellissima! I proprietari sono stati super disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto.Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Host molto gentile e disponibile, c'era un piccolo malfunzionamento della TV e ha provveduto a farla sistemare in giornata. Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario, speriamo di poter alloggiarci di nuovo in una stagione più calda per poter godere appieno del giardino

We got a great holidays there! The place is excellent for those who likes countriside in Tuscany with great views of the valley. Laura and Fulvio were really hospitable.

Lovely and spacious house in a private and quiet area with a great view! Renza and Mauro are very nice and help you out with anything. We could’ve stayed a lot longer!

A great place to get away from it all. Remote location with a couple neighbours and a fantastic view of the community below. Old and quaint, beautifully restored- a blend of rustic and modern. Fantastic kitchen and dining room to host a cooking class- the highlight of our stay! The host was fantastic at supporting us through our stay- booking activities and especially when we had a few hiccups. Great space inside and out for larger group. While a short 30 minute train ride from Florence be sure to check the train schedule as it can be limiting.

Silvia is a phenomenal host, everything was amazing and she even cooked for us! You need to try her wine and amazing olive oil. 25 minutes drive to Florence through some breathtaking mountain roads with best views you will see. Definitely memories for life.

Carla has been exceptional at communicating with us. We vacation by bus and train, the night we arrived it was raining and Carla came out to meet us with umbrellas. She had a fire going when we got there which was very welcome. Carla explained how the various appliances work, which was appreciated as differences often exist between one brand and another - the last thing I need first thing in the morning is having to discover how to make the first cup of coffee.

Августа и её сын очень помогли нам в трудной ситуации. Дело в том, что мы улетали рано утром в праздник и не могли заказать такси , так как при заказе требовался итальянский номер телефона, и, кроме того, не все в Италии работают по ночам, да ещё и в праздник. Августа не только нашла нам фирму, но и связывалась с ней не один раз и контролировала, чтобы ничего не сорвалось. Если бы не она, у нас могла бы быть большая проблема. Что же касается самого жилья, то всё так как в описании. Чисто и тихо. Много места, хорошая кухня, 2 ванные комнаты. Мы были без машины и пользовались исключительно поездом и автобусом. 5-10 мин от дома. Побывали во Флоренции, Милане, Венеции, Риминни и, конечно же часто гуляли по великолепной Болонии. Практически не пользовались кухней, так как завтракали напротив дома в милой кофейне для местных, а ужинали, также напротив дома, в пиццерии. Всё очень вкусно и доступно. Очень рекомендуем это место для проживания во время вашего путешествия. Спасибо Августа!

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la casa è confortevole e dotata di tutti i comfort descritti. La casa si trova a pochi passi dal centro del paese e vicino ad un bellissimo parco fluviale dove trascorrere momenti di relax. Paola è stata sempre gentile e disponibile, è probabile che torneremo scegliendo di nuovo lo stesso alloggio.

Alloggio molto comodo e facile da raggiungere, con parcheggio dentro la proprietà e tanti parcheggi gratuiti al di fuori. Molta apprezzata l'area sgambamento cani vicina, e la poca distanza dalle spiagge e dal mare.

We stayed for a couple of days over Christmas. The hosts were fantastic, extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is located very close to Reggello, but in an extremely peaceful location. The apartment is large and clean and has everything you need and we will definitely be back next time we visit Reggello. Highly recommended with lovely friendly hosts. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks once again.

We stayed in this flat as a family of four and had a wonderful experience. The space is bright, airy, modern and spacious, providing ample room for everyone to feel comfortable. It was also well-equipped with all amenities we needed, making our stay both convenient and relaxing. Highly recommended!

Der Aufenthalt in Porciano in der Unterkunft von Massimo und Deborah war einfach nur traumhaft. Die Unterkunft selbst war super schön und gemütlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe und vor allem die netten Bewohner des kleinen Burgdorfes haben wir in unser Herz geschlossen. Die Landschaft ist ein Traum und ich kann einen Aufenthalt dort sehr empfehlen. Massimo hat uns das Haus perfekt erklärt und die Willkommensmarmelade von Deborah schmeckt super lecker. Danke für diese tollen Tage. Wir hoffen, dass wir noch einmal zurückkehren werden.

Ho scelto la casa di Stefania per ospitare la mia famiglia a Pesaro durante le vacanze pasquali, è stata un’esperienza bellissima. Stefania ci ha accolti come fossimo a casa nostra, è stata super gentile e disponibile anche a consigliarci dei posti nelle vicinanze. La casa era impeccabile e molto accogliente, curata nei minimi dettagli e la tranquillità della zona ha reso il soggiorno molto rilassante. Torneremo sicuramente a trovarla, certi di ritrovare la stessa accoglienza e tranquillità! Stefania è una Super Host🥰 Alla prossima !

Davide ist sehr sympathisch. Die Wohnung ist von Lage und Ausstattung sowohl für den kurzen Zwischenstopp als auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet.

This little hamlet was ideal for a group of several families wanting a Tuscan holiday. Christina was a very responsive host, always available for help and suggestions. One down side was the distance from many of the Tuscan attractions such as Florence and Sienna. The hamlet is reasonably remote so is ideal for those who want a secluded holiday rather than those who want to see the sights of Tuscany.

We (group of 6) had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa with stunning interior, like straight out of AD. This made staying in as tempting as the beach that was only a 2 minute walk away. We also spent significant time in the lovely and peaceful garden with furniture surrounding it, enabling you to pick your favourite spot. Nearby you also have plenty of patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The host was friendly, helpful and communicative. He had a Gardner who supplied us with mosquito repellent candles and instantly reset the padlock to the garden gate when it stopped working. He also arranged our sun loungers by the beach for a discounted rate. You’re only a 1 minute walk away from a bus stop that takes you into Rimini within just 10 minutes (1.50 Euros per journey). There’s also the Viserba-Rimini train station nearby. It was a perfect stay and we’ll be back!

The house was amazing, perfect fit for our group of 10 people. The main house as well as the additional apartment were very clean, well equipped with everything you need and the highlight was the pool and jacuzzi. Great place to calm down and have private space with some friends or a big family. The check-in was easy and the lady was very friendly, had some suggestions for our stay and is professional. The property was clean, cute tuscany decorations of the rooms and all in all it felt like home.

We had a wonderful week's stay at La Capuccina. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable for us and our two teenage children. The photographs really do not do justice to how beautiful the villa and its surrounding gardens are. The villa is well furnished and the kitchen in particular is the best we have ever had in a holiday villa. The gardens are lovely, full of olives, figs, palms, myrtle and oleander. They are kept at their best by Mr Mino who gardens and cleans the pool a couple of times a week. He left us tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes and figs from the grounds. The pool is clean and just as lovely as it looks in the photos, with 8 comfortable loungers. The stand out feature for us however was the lovely big dining table set underneath a beautiful loggia outside the kitchen. The loggia is shady and surrounded by climbing flowering shrubs; the view out across the hills and valleys of Le Marche towards the coast is spectacular. A great villa and we hope to return.

Wonderful villa on a fantastic place with a tremendous view on the valley op Poppi. Clean rooms , excellent beds . Very large garden with 360 degrees view all over the region. Fantastic swimming pool . Very friendly and cooperative hosts . Rating : 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Oscar was very friendly and helpful at any time. If there were issues, they got immediately solved! The stay was very relaxing and the view is amazing. Great for groups. Thank you, Oscar!
