With stunning sea views, The Outlook is built into the hillside, access is via steps down from the road (or can be accessed via a steep path). Minutes from the Valley Gardens, on the beach path, close to the town centre; this is a beautiful spot. The Outlook sadly doesn’t lend itself well to those with mobility issues or very young children. Dog friendly.

Boiling House is a truly unique, beck side property located in Staithes. The original building has been an integral part of village fishing heritage for many years. Just off one of the narrow Stathian ginnels right behind the harbour, It's a stones throw from the beach, pubs and shops. Even though it’s about as central as you can get it’s tucked away with its own courtyard well away from passers by.
