Here you can walk along the beautiful Königsallee in a straight line towards the castle. Close to our apartment is the Salonwald/forest (5 min walk). This is ideal for jogging or a leisurely walk. Die Maisonette Wohnung befindet sich im 2. OG eines historischen und ältesten Fachwerkhaus der Stadt Marbach. Diese liegt nur 5 Gehminuten von der S-Bahn bzw. Linienbus sowie der Altstadt oder einem nahegelegenen Biergarten am Neckarufer entfernt. Neben dem Haus verläuft die Ortsdurchgangsstraße. Aufgrund der geringen Dämmung des Fachwerkhaus kann es an Werktagen etwas unruhiger sein.
