Under mountain Esja, Kjalarnes. A peaceful place.

Kirkjuland is a small farm just 10km north of Reykjavik, on Kjalarnes. Located under the beautiful mountain Esja. Peaceful and cozy.. We can host 2 persons at our facility. Fantastic view over the Reykjavik area. We are close to many beautiful places you would want to visit; like Thingvellir national park, Glymur the highest waterfall in Iceland, Húsafell , Krauma, Giljaböð natural bath places, etc. All photos of the northern lights taken in our garden! Outdoor swimming pools very close by.

Cozy guesthouse - great location

Our guesthouse has private access and located just outside central Reykjavík, in a very popular residential neighborhood, charming Vesturbærinn (west side). 20 minutes walk downtown. Attractions in Vesturbærinn include the local favorite swimming pool, Vesturbæjarlaugin, the local gourmet supermarket, Melabúðin. Local café and wine bar, Kaffi vest. The outdoors is also nice, with the southern shore of Reykjavík, Ægisíðan just down the street, where you can take beautiful walks along the coast.

Tiny garden home in Mosfellsdalur

Newly built (30m2) an oasis at the onset of the Golden Circle, 12 km outside of Reykjavik. Convenient location as a hub while enjoying excursions as well as exploring Reykjavik and the surrounding area. Sheltered by tall trees and vegetation, the house offers privacy while enjoying views of Mt. Esja. On the property the owner operates a sustainable and organic vegetable farm, both outdoors and in heated greenhouses. When not in use as a rental property, the home is used as a craft workshop.

This secluded cabin is just 35 min from Reykjavík and offers complete privacy along with a hot tub overlooking the lake. The bathroom is fully equipped, while the modest yet functional kitchenette includes all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Enjoy a selection of movies on the TV with a DVD player—please note there’s no WiFi, making this the perfect spot to unplug and enjoy a peaceful, cozy getaway. We use geothermal water. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, pressure cooker, Nespresso coffee machine and all utensils. New apartment in a peaceful location in the center of town. Flybus dropoff.

Private cabin in Reykjavik suburb in the nature

Private cabin, in Reykjavík city, but still out in the nature ( NB you need a car to get there, no public transportation ). Beautiful nature all around with lake nearby, mountains to hike and more. Only 10 km drive from city center and 3km away from grocery store. Only a 30 minute drive to the national park Þingvellir. This comfortable guesthouse is only 50 km from keflavík airport. Golden circle road is a couple minutes away.

The apartment is located in a unique early last century wooden house which was once called the palace of Hverfisgata. Falleg nýuppgerð stúdíóíbúð í fallega húsinu okkar, splunkuný á markaðnum og hefur ekki verið leigð út áður. Baðherbergi með sturtu, passar perfect fyrir 2, en 4 geta gist. Tveir mjög þægilegir svefnsófar, góð eldunaraðstaða fyrir litla rétti. Góður andi í húsinu og gott og rólegt hverfi, stutt í strætó, stofnæðar, og rólegt umhverfi. Við búum í húsinu og erum alltaf til aðstoðar ef eitthvað er 😊
