A new shower, a new counter and sink just installed. Comfortable queen size memory foam mattress bed. About 15 minutes drive to UC Berkeley, Oakland. About 18 miles to downtown San Francisco. About 30 miles to Napa valley. A refrigerator, stove, Microwave oven, coffee machine , water boiler, are provided.

Come and enjoy this 1-bed unit. A cozy and bright bedroom with a comfy Queen bed. The living room consists a dedicated dining area and a relaxing area with sofa and TV. The kitchenette includes a microwave, a small oven and a k-cup coffee maker, but No STOVE. Newly installed heating and cooling air conditioning. This suite is a part of a single family house.The rest of the house is also rented as an Airbnb unit but with separate entrance. The deck area is shared. The entrance is in the backyard.

The " little farmhouse" is a special place for those who like biking and hiking at Wildcat Canyon Regional Park, while enjoying the peace and quiet of this meticulously decorated in-law unit set up to host up to 2 guests. My intention was to achieve a harmonious environment where you can relax, cook, and disconnect from the rest of the world. It is equipped with the amenities that you may find in a fancy hotel room. This is an in-law unit; noise may travels from upstairs occasionally.

This charming tiny house has everything you need. It is set in the backyard in a quiet, residential neighborhood in Richmond. It has a separate entrance to backyard, private porch with outside heater, bbq and a designated off-street parking spot in front. It has a queen bed, TV, fast (fiber) wifi, full kitchen and bath and a bar with a pop up window for indoor/outdoor seating. Our "Backhouse Retreat" is a cozy little studio with a whole lotta charm. We are located in the quiet, safe and centrally located Richmond Annex. A neighborhood offering easy access to all of what the Bay Area has to offer. Red Cedar lined walls, a full kitchen, memory foam bed, private outdoor patio, free WiiFi and a Smart TV are just a few of the perks. We are located less than a mile away and will give you your privacy, but will be available upon request!

This cute and cozy recently remodeled Studio Cottage is behind our home in a safe and walkable neighborhood, two blocks from public transportation (BART/bus). It is fully furnished including a comfortable double bed, full kitchen, walk-in shower and wifi. There is free street parking right out front. Rustic Cottage *****Hiking & Biking

The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)
