This fantastic holiday home in Husby, which is perfect for accommodating large families or groups on up to 20 people. The house, built in 2011, is located on a spacious lot on 3500 square meters, only 2000 meters from the water, which makes it an ideal place for those who want to enjoy nature and the beauty of the beach. The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups. Inside, the house offers på a host of facilities that ensure a comfortable and entertaining experience. With a house area on 300 square metres, there is plenty of room for everyone. There are a total of seven bedrooms, including four with double beds, two with two bunkbeds each and one with two single beds, which makes it easy to find the perfect sleeping space for all guests. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the activity room available, which can be used for extra overnight guests. The house has three modern bathrooms, all equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Underfloor heating and heating the bathrooms ensure that you always feel warm and comfortable, regardless of the season. For extra relaxation, you can use the indoor spa, which can accommodate up to seven people, or the infrared sauna, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. Built in 1992 and modernised in 2023, this large pool house offers space for 14 people and max. 3 pets on an impressive 192 m². It is ideal for several families or a large group. Just 800 metres from the expansive beach of the stunning North Sea, it offers a fantastic base to spend a great and relaxing holiday close to Danish nature.  The open-plan living and dining area combined with the kitchen is the centrepiece of the house and the perfect meeting place, as you will also find a pool table and table tennis table there. The cosy sofa area and the TV with satellite reception for German channels as well as WiFi provide entertainment or invite you to spend a quiet evening watching TV. A wood-burning stove provides additional cosiness on chilly evenings, while the energy-saving air-to-air heat pump ensures pleasant warm/cold temperatures all year round. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with 80 litre freezer capacity and a microwave so you can prepare all your favourite meals with ease. The house has a total of 6 bedrooms, which are divided into 2 separate sleeping areas - each with its own bathroom. The bathrooms are equipped with WC, washbasin, shower and underfloor heating, providing a little more privacy for individual families or large groups. 4 of the rooms have double beds, one room has 2 single beds and one room has 2 bunk beds. I teltet er der en dobbeltseng, loungestole og et lille the-køkken samt mulighed for at kigge på stjerner fra sengen. På begge sider af teltet er der terrasse, en ud mod søen og en med udsigt til marken. Skal det være ekstra nemt og lækkert, laver vi gerne en morgenmadskurv til jer eller sørger for jeres aftensmad.
