Just 15 minutes drive from the airport, 10 minutes from the city centre and opposite popular Highland wedding venue, the Drumossie Hotel.

The Bothy is newly built and is a peaceful retreat for two people. It’s based in the grounds of the main property surrounded by woods and wildlife. It has an ensuite shower and private hot tub. The open plan living space comprises a well equipped kitchen space, breakfast bar, lounge and king size bed. Private parking. Linen, towels and hot tub robes all included. The village of Tornagrain is five minutes away and boasts a well stocked village store. Inverness airport is just 10 minutes away.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Enjoy a relaxing stay at this unique and tranquil getaway, situated in the South Loch Ness area only minutes from the local village of Dores and only 10 miles from the City of Inverness, ideal for exploring the Highlands. The garden and immediate area is rich in plant life and is frequently visited by wildlife and a great variety of birds. There are plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling with fantastic views over Loch Ness. The property has its own private patio and hot tub.

RURAL 2 BED CABIN/ LODGE WITH HOT TUB

The Cabin is an open plan, newly built unit with hot tub, set in its own private grounds with ample parking. With stunning views of Ben Wyvis, we are on the NC500 route and also close to plenty amenities including golf courses, many beautiful walks and restaurants. The accommodation comprises of one king size bed, a double-sofa bed, electric heating, electric stove, luxurious shower room and a welcome basket with local produce. No smoking indoors, pet friendly on request.

Hillhaven Lodge

Hillhaven Lodge is an addition to the already well established Hillhaven B&B. The lodge is a luxury, purpose built wooden cabin with full facilities including a Hydrotherapy Hot Tub and wood burning stove. Located 20 minutes from Inverness and the NC500, just outside the village of Fortrose. Local attractions include dolphin watching at Chanonry point, Fortrose and Rosemarkie Golf Club, Eathie fossils, several world famous distilleries and breweries and only 30mins from Loch Ness!

The Nissen hut at HMS Owl was originally built in 1941 by the RAF. The Owl is our family home and took us 5 years to restore it. It has been featured on TV and in numerous design publications. HMS Owl is pretty special as is the restored Nissen available to rent. The Hut is cosy, warm and private with large living space and kitchen and large ensuite bedroom. This wood lined hut is set in a beautiful rural location with a pond and surrounded by wildlife. Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy this peaceful and relaxing setting. Hot tub hire is available but this must be booked separately. We need to know in advance if you require the hot tub so that it is ready for use when you arrive. We charge £25 per night for the hot tub. The hot tub needs to be paid for on arrival

The Smokehouse has a minimum stay of 2 nights so you can truly experience what this luxurious and unique accommodation has to offer.
