The Annex is set in the 2 acre grounds of Coach House and offers a picturesque setting for all. Hamble river, with the Jolly Sailor Pub, you also have lots of restaurants and pubs close by to enjoy that perfect meal before heading back to relax in the hot tub. You also have the option to hire out a paddle board or inflatable rib to enjoy the river.

Hay Loft - Barn

A spacious first floor suite with uninterrupted views across the fields. Enjoy indoor or outdoor dining. A super king bed aids restful sleep with a rain shower en-suite. It benefits from having a small self contained bunk room for the children giving space but having them with you. A very small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Hay Loft is full - look up the Cow Shed.

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
