The Bungaloo is ideal for a 2 person stay. Well equipped, clean and tidy. Kath is a great host. Communication with her was great, friendly and helpful, especially when I somehow managed to murder the toaster! Bed was comfortable and the shower was really good. Everything we needed was supplied, with a great welcome pack. Waking up to the sound of the birds in the aviary was great. It’s a minute walk to the Jolly Sailor where you can get a great meal. A few more minutes and I’d recommend the Old Sardine Factory. The seafood chowder is to die for. There’s a great deli and a Spar shop a minute away. It’s a 10 minute walk over the bridge to East Looe. Sarah’s Pasty shop do the best pasties and Martin’s Dairy do delicious bread. Easy for the coastal path to Talland or Polperro. We got the bus to Polperro from next to the fire station and then walked back. We’ll definitely return as we loved our stay so much.

We (2 adults and 2 children) spent a few days at Holls’ place. The accommodation was cosy, warm and welcoming and well equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was a great addition and we enjoyed a couple of dips during our stay. Holls was very responsive, friendly and accomodating and made the effort to pop by to say hi and make sure everything was OK. Princetown itself is walkable, with a play park, a couple of pubs (we didn’t have time to eat in either of these) and a small shop stocking the essentials (although it’s pretty expensive so maybe take your milk and wine and any other necessities with you!) Dartmoor is easily accessible - highly recommend a visit to Merrivale to see the stone rows and enjoy a meal at The Dartmoor Inn. The Two Bridges at Princetown is also a great place to eat. Plymouth is nearby if you’re looking to explore the city. All in all a lovely place to stay in beautiful surroundings. We would definitely recommend 👍🏼

Hilary & Graham are great hosts, they made us feel home right from the moment we arrived. Property is exactly as described in a very good location with nice hill and valleys on all sides of the property. Nice backyard connected to a big garden for kids and dog to play. We would love to come back here again.

A great place to stay, within an easy walk of Falmouth centre. The accommodation was as shown in the photos, clean, modern and fresh. Julia provided essentials like tea, coffee and milk and some cereal on arrival. So nice to not have to shop for such things before arriving. Julia was very welcoming and showed me the various features. They're also noted in a little handbook but the personal touch was appreciated. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again next time I'm in the area.

Sue's place was like a home from home. It had everything we needed and it was clean and cosy. It was in a peaceful location and the only sound we heard was the moos of the cows from the farm. It was the perfect base to explore Hope Cove, Salcombe and Kingsbridge. Had a very enjoyable stay.

Richard and Mo were great hosts and provided us with all the information required to meet our expectations. Richard met us on arrival and it was lovely to have the basics for breakfast provided for each morning, which was an added surprise and very welcomed. This facility was perfect for my wife as she has mobility issues, and the Airbnb is all on one level with walk-in shower, so made moving around was made so much easier. We would highly recommend staying here, and will look to rebook for our next visit to Devon.

Sally and Steve were lovely hosts and their beautiful place had everything you might need for your stay. They even treated us with fresh produce on arrival, which was very nice and thoughtful. The surrounding area is beautiful and we wish we had better weather to enjoy it even more. Thank you 😊

Was a lovely place to stay, perfect for exploring the beauties of dartmoor.

We had the most glorious stay at The Hideaway. The property was perfect, clean, spacious and had everything we needed! Emma and Dave were absolutely brilliant hosts with the best recommendations including beaches, ferry trips and sunset spots. We stayed with our two spaniels who settled in straight away as the space was extremely dog friendly and was like a home from home. It was a great location to access so many amazing parts of Cornwall as well as a lovely place to relax, take in the views and chill out for some much needed down time. I will definitely be recommending, thank you so much ☺️

Sarah’s place was absolutely perfect for a weekend surfing getaway. The location is perfect as you can walk to Fistral and don’t have to worry about driving to the beach and trying to find a spot as you can store all of your surfing kit in the annex too with a great little surf storage area which was a welcome addition. It’s always hard to find a good air bnb in Newquay to store your surfboards but Sarah’s place has exactly that and makes surfing that little bit easier

Excellent place, very clean and tidy. Well located, with several beaches and the town centre all within 10 minutes drive. Very friendly and helpful host. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great stay, used as a stop over for sons rugby festival in Launceston. Host set up sofa bed without being asked, we arrived at 10:30 at night due to travelling down the night before festival so we did not have to have a 5:30am start. Great location 7 minutes away from our destination, host allowed late check in. Only thing we struggled with was key box in dark and no signs so we walked around house two times to find correct box.

We had a nice stay. Room was very clean and nicely arranged with all basic amenities. It was pleasure stying in that property and we really felt like home away from home, Thank you Rupert for hosting us!

The host was amazing very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was spotless and was home from home. We were left presents...local marmalade, shortbread biscuits and chocolates on Easter Sunday. We would definitely come again .

The Pitstop is super cosy and clean, just right for a few nights stay. Laura welcomed me when I arrived as it was dark and helped me get in, she had also bought me some milk, which I really appreciated. The accommodation is perfectly located to visit surrounding towns.

Just a really lovely place to stay. Gen was brilliant and couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was fabulous. The accommodation itself was exactly as described, beautifully decorated, the most comfortable bed and a wonderful bathroom! Gen and Mike have really gone the extra yard with their attention to detail. We had our 2 dogs with us and there were loads of nice walks near by including down to the sea. Also some convenient shorter walks to let them stretch their legs etc before bed time! Would recommend a trip to Topsham…fab cafe to go for breakfast near to the quay with amazing crepes…The Boathouse. In the village the Red Wing (6mins walk) is a great place for a pint and The Swan (8 mins) a great place for food. If you’re staying in then Fords Farms fish (grilled) and chips takeaway was well worth the 10 mins drive. Essentially we loved our stay that fully met and indeed exceeded our expectations!

What a fantastic accommodation choice. Brilliantly presented and equipped with absolutely everything that you could need. Dee and Steve were fantastic hosts, providing facilities above and beyond the normal. As we were walking the Tamara Way this provided a perfect stop off at the end of day two.

We enjoyed a valentines get away here and it was exactly what we needed. The place was easy to find with detailed instructions from the host. Communication was quick and responsive, especially when we had to adjust our arrival time due to weather/roadworks. When we arrived Tony had lit the fire for us which was perfect. He had also laid out some fresh bread, butter and jam (and the cupboards had lots of condiments, salt/pepper, oil etc) Due to the weather we mostly stayed put and enjoyed the log burner and relaxed setting. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were of high quality. We did walk into the village to get provisions, which took about 40 mins each way with some steep climbs. Tony was really friendly and welcoming and we’d definitely visit again.

Wir haben Cornwell mit dem Bus und mit dem Auto erkundigt.Sophie hat uns bei Auto mieten gerettet. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen und für die ersten beiden Tage Regen kann Sophie ja nichts. Sehr gerne wieder.

Rosie’s place is quite small but comfortable, tidy,clean and has all that you need for a relaxing stay. The location is right in the heart of Hartland . Cozy Pub with fantastic food just a step away from Rosie’s place . Rosie is a lovely lady who was very kind leaving us Christmas treats that made us feel at home . God bless you Rosie ! Many thanks and good luck in the future . We’ll visit you again when we return to visit our family.

The location is truly breathtaking—an ideal setting for a peaceful and restorative getaway. Evenings were particularly magical, with the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore and the gentle aroma of the log burner creating a warm, inviting atmosphere. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Both nearby pubs, The Lugger Inn and The Russell Inn, were delightful. The Russell Inn stood out in particular, offering excellent food and a well-curated selection of beers. The bar staff and local patrons were incredibly friendly, contributing to a relaxed and genuinely enjoyable experience. 100% recommended!!

The accommodation was lovely - very tranquil and with a nice view at the river. Also you can observe a lot of birds and squirrels from the window. The flat had everything we needed and is very cozy with a lot of little design details. The bathroom is nice and spacious. Parking is just outside the door, you definitely need a car to get there and make the most of the area. Chris and Xuella were wonderful hosts. They were quick in answering and Chris showed us around and made sure all our questions were answered. Thanks for hosting us, we would definitively come back again!

We stayed in the little flat and it was absolutely perfect. We had quiet neighbours who we didn’t hear at all. The place was very warm and cosy. All facilities were as described. The town itself is a dream. Lots of little shops. Super friendly locals. Stunning nature close by. Lots to do if you’re inclined to head out. Many lovely little touches from the hosts that make you feel welcome and at home.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Absolutely beautiful property set in beautiful countryside and Jon and Vic were super helpful, friendly and responsive. Highlights were the stunning views from the kitchen/dining window, the wood burner and the amazingly comfortable bed. If you want a relaxing hideaway close to amazing beaches and restaurants this is for you.
