My 11 y.o. daughter and I stayed here for a few days during Spring Break, and it was perfect! Clean, accessible, private, and spacious. Many thanks to Ryan and the others for hosting us. We'll be back I am sure!

I feel fortunate every time I get to enjoy Timothy's Beach Adjacent home when I visit Wilmington. It's always well supplied, very comfortable, peaceful and thoughtfully designed! Cheers to Timothy: another very enjoyable stay and another job well done!

I had been traveling and this place was the perfect place to rest and relax. It felt like the home. The instructions were straight forward, the bed was super comfortable, and it was very clean. Snacks and water were waiting too. Would definitely come back.

Heather’s place was absolutely gorgeous with all of the amenities and comforts of home with beautiful decor and plenty of space. Her place is located close to everything including downtown and the beaches and the backyard is a vacation all by itself. For the One Tree Hill fans, Heather’s within blocks of Peyton’s and Hayley’s homes and the other locations and homes are within about 5 miles total. 10/10 recommend for anyone wanting to be on the go or for anyone wanting to just relax and enjoy the weather.

Aaron’s place is fantastic! Great location, safe, quiet but walking distance to everything downtown. Aaron was also super helpful when I thought I locked myself out of the house - quick to respond which was greatly appreciated with a toddler!

We had an amazing stay in Wilmington! The Airbnb was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable—just like the photos. The host was welcoming and made everything easy. We loved how close it was to the beach, great restaurants. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway—would definitely stay again!

We planned a campus visit to UNC Wilmington and we were looking for something close. This was the perfect location, but this home and quaintness and attention to detail just took it up a notch for us. Everything from the plush bath linens, the comfortable beds and the entertainment system to the simple, subtle elegance of the decorations it all helped to make our stay memorable. Our high schooler is confident UNCW is the college for her and we plan to make this our “Zen” away from home when we visit.

Andrew’s place was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony. We had an amazing time, and our dog loved it too!

Wow, where do I start?! Everything that was on our list for a comfortable vacation was met with this gorgeous getaway. A clean space with gorgeous views and the beach is a short walk across the street. We didn't have to go far for a nice time. Thanks again to David & Mende. We can't wait to book with you again!

The hosts were really nice, helpful, & responsive. The location was as advertised & we were able to walk to a restaurant/bar & go to the beach as often as the weather permitted. The home was pretty but I’m a little sad they didn’t have the outdoor fairy lights on the porch like in the picture. Overall 9.8/10, we will be coming back soon!

Location, location, location…walkable and affordable best of both worlds. Recommend renting bikes from shady rentals to get to the beach quickly without the hassle of parking.

Kevin and Jordan were incredible since the minute we got there, pretty attentive and really well at communicating and answering on time! Will be staying with them again

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

We needed a quick last minute getaway and this was the perfect spot. Close to the beach and the pier (which was still halfway closed since being damaged by a hurricane). You can still walk down there and grab a drink and relax however. Hosts were very responsive and easy to work with and the space was just right for the two of us.

Booked this super late and Syndy was super fast and super responsive! Easy check-in and cozy place! Close to some great restaurants. Syndy was very kind in letting me check out later than the 10am which was very helpful. Would recommend this place to friends & family and will book again if I’m back in Wilmington. 5 stars!

It was a great visit, just like last year. This place will always be my place to stay when I need to be there more than one day, if available.

An exceptional accommodation option for those in the vicinity. Nate’s exceptional hospitality and kindness were truly remarkable. The location is both aesthetically pleasing and secluded. Additionally, the property’s meticulous cleanliness is noteworthy. Your stay at this Airbnb will undoubtedly be memorable. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would undoubtedly do so.

Gloria & Kevin’s place was so nice. It has beautiful views of the water, especially from in your private screen porch. The apartment is very large and roomy enough for a family. It has an amazing private beach that was awesome. Gloria & Kevin were great hosts very easy going and responded quickly to any questions we had. It is a great place for some secluded R &R. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable peaceful escape.

We were in Wilmington for a wedding weekend! Perfect place with plenty of space for a group. We loved this space and had a great time! Only suggestion would to bring an eye mask if you are used to sleeping in the dark as the curtains are pretty thin/not room darkening! :)

We stayed 2 nights. We arrived early and Katherine allowed us to check in early. Parking is available in front, but the street was very busy and Katherine made accommodations to park off street. Katherine made us aware of a parade the next day on the night before we left, which prompted us to leave earlier and miss the traffic. EXCELLENT host!

We loved our stay the lumina cottage! The host was very responsive and helped us with any needs we had during our stay. I definitely recommend booking your stay at lumina coat the in Wrightsville beach.

We hated to leave this peaceful little cabin! The cabin is just as described - we loved the decor, our outdoor space, and being able to disconnect and enjoy our time together. The location is perfect to explore the area with great restaurants only minutes away.

the place was nice, and convenient for what we needed. The wifi was a little spotty but that was fixed when i brought it to the attention. Door locks were somewhat of an issue but we had a key to assist. People that stayed previously did not log out of their accounts. I thought the place was overpriced but i guess it was because there were 2 separate places that made the cost so high.
