Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need.
