Welcome to the Raccoon Motel! This beautiful 1 bed/1 bath loft is located in the heart of the downtown Arts and Entertainment district. Walkable to many restaurants, bars, trails and the mighty Mississippi. Directly below your unit is the legendary Raccoon Motel bar and live music venue! Ideal for music lovers, foodies, and those looking for a home during their downtown stay. This unit can accommodate up to four guests using the pull-out couch. This is a second-floor unit with no elevator.

Lucy’s House

I don’t charge cleaning fees as my guests have always respected the property and rules. Leave a big … mess expect a charge. The outside of the house is under construction as I’m siding the house and added a mud room. I’m 66 with new knees so the process is slow especially in winter but nothing going on outside will affect your stay. I get great reviews from my guests who all seem to find the interior relaxing and tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay

The lower-living space is 1000+ sq ft in the lower level of our ranch house. It is very quiet and private. The front door is shared and is just 2 steps to the AirbNb entrance. We are 5 min off I-280 / I-74 near Augustana College, John Deere, Rock Island Arsenal, etc. Cozy apartment with kitchen w/dining, large private bathroom, family room w/dining area, couch/hide-a-bed and futon, large bedroom and a 2nd bedroom/workout room. Free parking in our driveway and high speed internet.

Carla's Cottage

This little cottage is a Rock Island Historic house. Nestled among the large Victorians, it was built in 1879 and housed various workers, from a blacksmith, to a wallpaper hanger! Located just blocks from the Mississippi River you can walk along a paved bike path with gorgeous views. In the evening enjoy the vibrant nightlife, with music and a dinner playhouse! This tiny historic cottage is great for a quick night, but perfect for class reunions, weddings and the John Deer Classic!

Downtown Moline IL apartment with rich history located within walking distance to all the entertainment and activities like the Vibrant Arena for concerts and more. Roughly 3 blocks from Interstate 74. Between 3- 6 miles to get to any of the Quad Cities hospitals and other locations. This oversized 2 bedroom apartment has a four season room along with a dining room and living room. There's also a nook to help manage the workload you might have to bring home.
