We had a wonderful stay! The beds were super comfortable, the view of the river was beautiful, and it was so peaceful and quiet. The hot tub was a great bonus, and the hosts were very responsive and thoughtful — they even offered firewood, s'mores kits, and emergency toiletries in case you forgot anything. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the place was very clean. There were a few hornet nests around the property (we picked up some spray), and being near the water, there were some gnats — but nothing a little bug spray and a small fire couldn't fix! Tip for future guests: the coffee maker is a Keurig style, so bring your favorite K-cups or your own coffee setup. Also, there are caverns, golf courses, and plenty of restaurants within about 20 minutes. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect! The communication between us and the host was phenomenal! The house was perfect for everything we needed! The hot tub was a family favorite!

The house was perfect for our family, which includes two young kids (under 10), for a spring break stay. The family room was beautiful and spacious, perfect for movie night evenings. We loved the screened porch for breakfast and lunch and how can you go wrong with an outdoor hot tub in the mountains?! My husband and sons played lots of pool in the basement. This house was 'lower' on the mountain than we have stayed before, but once at the house, you wouldn't know it. It was very quiet and peaceful! We didn't receive the door code automatically before we arrived, but I reached out and Kyle was very responsive and got it to us right away. The next time we visit Massanutten, we will definitely be checking out 'Peak Therapy' for availability!

We went for spring break with total 3 families with kids. We had a great time at home. Enough beds for us, we played some of the board games kept in the closet. patio is spacious and has hot tub. we visited places around it like waterpark and caverns. Emma was very responsive and helpful. Overall it was a great vacation and couldn't be more happier with the host and home. Thanks Emma!

Overall was a great location to anyone wanting to enjoy the outdoors since the National Forest was nearby with gorgeous views! Or even enjoy all that the resort area offered! House was clean and the host was always made sure to get back to us about any questions that may have come up. Our kids loved that there was a game area as well that they could watch tv or game without having to give up the TV for the adults to watch TV.

Cozy and chic little cabin in a golf/ski resort development. Easy to get to, convenience store just a few minutes away for anything you forgot at home, comfortable beds, and the fenced in yard for our dog was a great feature.

A visit to Singing Springs, is like visiting an old friend or family member. Can't imagine a more welcoming experience to any Airbnb. If it was your first visit to an Airbnb, you woulod always compare the others to this one. The house, the furnishing and the locationare a significant part of the experience.

Beautiful villa in private peaceful surroundings. We loved chatting to Jack who was very welcoming, friendly and generous. We enjoyed our room very much and the breakfast that was cooked by Jack himself. We got a true B&B experience which is more and more rare to find these days. Good location to explore the Shenandoah from - we went to Luray caverns, skyline drive and Monticello - all within not too far driving distance.

Immense logement fidèle à la description, on s'y sent bien et se trouve proche d'une entrée du parc de Shenandoah (15 minutes en voiture). Darwin répond à toutes les interrogations rapidement. We had an unforgettable family vacation at "A Time to Chill". The name fits perfectly... lots of space for our family of five, great game room, super comfortable bedrooms, beautiful backyard, everything spotless and organized. We loved the fire pit with the star filled sky, having a barbecue dinner under the patio lights, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub! Top it off with the breathtaking views and hikes in the Shenandoah National Park, plenty of restaurants with good food, friendly folks, and fun places to sightsee. Every day we came "home" and enjoyed true family time with lots of laughs, sharing stories, hopes for the future and heartfelt prayers. Veronica was very responsive for all our questions. We will always treasure this vacation.

Jack's place is quiet, serene, and very cozy. My husband and I booked a last minute stay and we were immediately greeted by Jack and his hospitality. We had everything we needed during our stay and more! Jack even made us breakfast in the morning, which was delicious! We highly recommend his place if you're planning to visit Shenandoah National Forest!

Jack’s was my first Airbnb experience. I chose it because of great reviews and proximity to my brother’s residence 4 miles away. I was visiting him after his recent knee replacement. My mother used to live in the area and I’m familiar with the surrounding areas and beautiful mountain views. Another thing that sold me was the ‘waterfront view’. It’s so calming walking outside and hearing the ‘creek’(Roach River) flowing just a few feet away. This river runs through my mother’s former property. I’m a nature lover so this was the perfect spot for me. I enjoyed seeing and hearing birds and seeing butterflies along the river stream. I loved meeting Jack and girlfriend Maureen and her sweet dog Gracie. They were friendly and accommodating and I felt like I had known them forever. The home is beautifully decorated with lots to look at! My room was comfortable and spacious. Jack and Maureen are great cooks and graciously invited me to eat dinner with them! I hope to return in fall. Thanks!

We had a such a great 3 night vacation! The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The kids most enjoyed the game room and the hot tub! We loved having movie nights (smart tvs available) and making s’mores in the fire pit! We hope to return next year!!

such a charming little place to stay on our way back down from massachussets. we stated for 2 days to rest before heading back down to Georgia. We left feeling refreshed. The house was so cozy and private. The hot tub was an amazing addition to wrap up our vacation. We especially loved how comfortable the pillows and bed was in the master, and the fact that there was black out curtains throughout the house so we didn't have to wake up early to the brightness. Our 3 year old absolutely loved the rock river too!!

This cabin was wonderful! So cozy, nice touches, clean, great amenities! Definitely one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. On top of that, Sherilynn was very accommodating of our schedule and needs with a baby. We had such a nice stay.

Carmen was an amazing host! Her place was a great spot for a getaway right outside Shenandoah. The hot tub was very nice after a day out hiking. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals and the fire place was nice to relax beside. Bed was comfortable! Definitely a great place to stay!

Ray is an amazing host. From the moment we booked he did not hesitate to reach out and explain everything that we could do in the area. He was super accommodating and responsive. The house and its views speak for itself. Would book again!

We have used the same cabin for years and totally enjoy our stay every time. Two things I wanted to mention. The morning of our last day I noticed some water on the floor around the toilet. We wiped it up and didn’t notice any more before we left a short time later. The other thing is I grabbed a knife one morning to make sandwiches with. We needed to buy some jelly on the way to go fishing and make sandwiches when we got there. I accidentally left the knife in the plastic bag that ended coming home with me. We loved this gorgeous cabin in the woods with the sweetest bear-themed decor. It was really well-equipped so we could cook our own meals and Marty and Mellanie were great communicators who suggested a few nice hikes. The only downside was the crazy number of bugs! Be sure to bring the bug spray and it's not super pleasant sitting outside because of that so be warned.

We loved our stay here. The house was the cleanest rental we've ever stayed at. The master bed was incredibly comfortable. My wife and i both said the sleeps during our stay here were heavenly. The hot tub was hot and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. The house had a great location for hiking in Shenandoah NP. Check in instructions were sent before arrival and crystal clear and easy to follow. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
