We stayed here after reading reviews about bugs and crabs and it being dirty. honestly was a little worried. We got there and realized it was because this is an open air home for the living spaces. We kept all food closed and away. The birds will just fly in and out and steal bread and fruit so I wouldn't leave the doors open if you are not paying attention. Ok now to the house, nothing short of amazing. The views and hearing the waves at all times was great. We traveled with a toddler and she slept with no issues. There are multiple refrigerators so groceries shopping and storing food was no issue. The location was quite and surrounded by very nice properties and people. There are a few walking distance places to eat and such, but if heading into Oistins its easier to drive. We will definitely be looking to book again in the future.

Okay, first off I want to say my little family (husband, two babies and I) had an insanely hectic arrival experience, BUT it was not Corey’s fault at all! However, despite all the chaos we went through upon the initial arrival Corey was wonderful. He was kind, patient, & was thankfully very understanding of our situation & all in all just good human being. The place was super cute & homey when we walked inside, chocolate bunnies set out for us Easter & complimentary wine! After our eventful day Corey frequently checked on us for the remainder of our stay & was super responsive to all my questions! Best airbnb host I’ve personally ever had! PS | mine & my husband’s absolute favorite part was listening to the monkeys running & playing on the roof & running to the window each time to see them! We will be living on the island for a couple years & Corey even let us know we can reach out for any other advice or help outside the Airbnb stay. Thank you for the warm Barbados welcome! 🌸🌴

Don Mar House was spacious and bright. There were good breezes passing through the house because of its closeness to the ocean. The air conditioning worked well but we found that we didn’t need it most nights because of the breezes. We loved our stay here because the kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was clean and roomy and the beds were comfortable. The washer & dryer worked well and there was plenty of space to hang up laundry. The two balconies added to our stay because they gave us wonderful shade in the morning and afternoon to enjoy our coffees and relax. There was comfortable furniture in both locations. We especially enjoyed the vistas on the front porch. The grounds of the Glitter Bay Resort across the street had well manicured gardens/trees where we could view the sunset. This location was a major asset and fit our needs well. We liked to walk as much as we could and use public transportation. There is a steady stream of buses going in both directions.

Fab place in a great location! Off the main road so away from the traffic and a beautiful sea view. The place was big with a huge lounge area and lovely sundeck which we loved. Unfortunately we didn’t get to go down the steps and use the little beach/ swim due to sargassum that arrived a few days before - it was a shame but that’s nature and can’t be avoided of course. Instead we could easily walk or jump on a ZR to another beach. One thing to bear in mind is that it can be a bit noisy from the nearby bars late at night but with ear plugs it was ok. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely come back! The owners were also accommodating with a late check out which really helped us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Paolo was extremely helpful and friendly with great recommendations. The house is on a cute gated street across the street from a great surfing spot. Walking distance to Miami Beach which is a pleasant beach with a ton of shade trees. Oistins local fishing village is close enough to walk. For more lively area a quick jaunt to Rockley beach by car. For us a quiet walk to the surf and beach was ideal. Paolo must be one of the friendliest hosts we’ve had! The house was spacious and serene. Kitchen had all the necessary items. Can’t wait to return!

In the heart of a local neighbourhood, we felt very welcome and very comfortable. Having Air con in both bedrooms and the living area was perfect given our long stay and Working remotely. The interior pictures don't do it justice - it's very airy and has everything you need. Very close to a great beach which has a number of beach bars and restuarants. The the bus stops at the end of the road take you everywhere. We loved our time in Barbados and would definitely want to return. We were married in late January in Holetown and all our neighbours were a delight, helping us and often driving us to where we needed to be. Wonderful top floor villa. Wonderful location. Very lucky to have found it.

We had a fabulous 2 week stay at La Canoa. With 6 of us there was plenty of space and we loved hanging out in the garden and on the veranda. We especially enjoyed the wildlife in the garden and the direct beach access. The kitchen was great, fully equipped and clean. Chris was a great host and swiftly responded to any questions we had. Having never visited Barbados before we could not have asked for more. La Cabane, the closest restaurant to La Canoa, serves the best food in a perfect location. (walking distance) We loved being by the harbour and rum distillery, there was something quite unique about this location. I would recommend hiring a car if you are staying here although we used the buses, we also explored further afield to the East and South coast Thank you Chris for providing such a wonderful place to stay in Barbados.

PLACE WAS AMAZING, QUIET AND PRIVATE BUT YOU DO NEED A CAR TO GET AROUND, ITS COMFORTABLE, BEDROOMS ARE HUGE BED IS LOVELY, COOL BREEZE AT NIGHTS ONLY THING IS THE AC IN THE LIVING ROOM NEEDS TO BE BIGGER, I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We spent two amazing weeks at Yuri’s apartment and couldn’t be happier. The apartment was clean, bright, and well-equipped — it had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with free parking, a huge pool, and easy access to both Accra and Worthing beaches. There were also great cafes and restaurants nearby, making our stay in Christ Church one of the best decisions we made. Yuri was incredibly responsive and kept us updated about anything that might affect our stay, though we weren’t impacted by anything at all. We highly recommend staying here — and we’ll definitely be back next time if possible!

We had a great stay at Anna's place! It was a short walk (1.5kms) from Oistins / Miami beach so that's where we went to swim in the ocean and get food (tons of food vendors). Anna's place was exactly as in the pictures. Beds were comfortable. Good AC in the bedrooms. Super clean. TV has netflix and prime. Fast internet. Also the pool was amazing. Not sure why but we waited till the last day to get in which was dumb. It is an awesome pool, big, deep at the deep end, very clean and well maintained. No complains, we would be happy to stay here again.

We had a great stay at Wlady’s apartment for our week in Barbados. We absolutely loved the location and the walkability to beaches, the pool, restaurants, shops, and supermarket, and coffee shops. It’s a quiet neighbourhood, secure, and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. A/C in bedroom was appreciated! Wlady was very flexible and accommodating when we asked to have a later check out due to a flight delay. Having access to the Beach Club was fantastic! Would come back to stay again!

Krisanne and Isabel were very kind. Very responsive. Loved the pool in the back, good air conditioning.

We had a wonderful stay. The value for money is excellent. Everything was just as described. The entire property was clean and well-maintained. The host was very responsive and quick to reply to any inquiries. One day, we had an issue with the lock and couldn't get into our room. We messaged the host, and within minutes, the problem was resolved.

We had the best stay at Mariam’s. The house is beautiful - the photos really don’t do it justice. Mariam went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and was so quick to communicate. The location was great - close to everything we needed whilst still feeling private and quiet. Sometimes by the pool we could hear the sounds of the neighbourhood, but we were never disturbed. We did enjoy the company of a very friendly cat, who would sometimes visit while we were by the pool. Amanda and Desmond were on hand and were brilliant. One evening the gas bottle of the BBQ ran out during cooking. However Mariam had this rectified by the time we even awoke the next morning. We’ll definitely be back - it’s a beautiful house. If you are looking for home away from home book Shelly’s place you wouldn’t be disappointed it looks exactly like the photos sparkling clean easy to get to 7min from the airport but I recommend having a car my husband and I felt so peaceful and safe here, the house is fully equipped with everything from towels to pots she had it.The community has a gas station and shopping complex what more can you ask for can’t wait for my next trip definitely will book again thank you Shelly

Where do I start! I had an amazing time here, with memories to last a lifetime. Engrid and the family were the perfect hosts and made me feel like part of the family. The location and accommodation was perfect and just what I need during my 3 week stay. Engrid went above & beyond expectations and the warm welcome I received was amazing. Engrid arranged a taxi from and to the airport and even arranged a car for my 3 week stay that was all reasonably priced The Lodge was clean and had everything I needed with a beautiful terrace where I would eat my meals every evening. Very private accommodation but Engrid & family members are at hand if needed. If you are looking for a peaceful country side retreat that is no more than 30 mins away from most attractions & parishes, then this is the place. I can’t wait to go back and stay here again and enjoy the peaceful views & sounds of nature once again. Thank you Engrid!

Wanda nos ofreció muchas recomendaciones, era nuestra primera vez en la isla y eso nos ayudó mucho. Fue un poco complicado conseguir la casa el primer día pero está en una zona bastante cercana a la playa, incluso puedes caminar un poco e ir a sitios aledaños. La casa es igual a las fotos, incluso me pareció más grande, si quieren pasar unos días cómodos y con autonomía total mi familia y yo lo recomendamos al 100% Espero puedan visitar Southlands! We are regulars to the island and I can truthfully say, that this place beats them all. What an absolutely amazing find! We're so immensely grateful that we found and booked this place, and loved every minute at Elizabeth's plantation. We recommend hiring a car as its away from everything in the middle of the island, which we absolutely loved. Imagine sitting having breakfast on the balcony, while watching the horses graze in the background - Idyllic! Thanks again for being a great host with the most beautiful property on Barbados. Can't wait to return!

The location was perfect the drive / walk to property has a beautiful view over looking the ocean. It’s probably best to drive as you get around quicker but if you love nature honestly you wont mind the walk. But I definitely enjoyed my stay would do it again.

excelente alojamiento, para una estadia corta . si vas a la cita de la visa esta un poco retirado . pero su hijo rawley fue muy amable y atento y nos presto el servicio de traslado . nos busco en el aeropuerto y nos llevo am hospedaje luego nos llevo hacer compras . de verdad se porto muy bien . . trato siempre de buscar la manera de entender nuestro idioma . porque hablábamos muy poco inglés. lo recomiendo . la zona no es tan linda, pero está cerca de la playa caminando

We had a fantastic stay Ann’s place just a short bus ride to Oistins property had everything we needed lovely out side patio with table chairs sun beds and pool i think it’s in need of some TLC would definitely stay here again

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment in Oistins. The location was great—close to different beaches, perfect for excursions, and super convenient for catching buses, including to and from the airport. The apartment looked just like the photos and matched the description perfectly. The host was very friendly, checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well, and quickly sorted out a small issue I had with the TV remote. Overall, a smooth and comfortable stay in a great spot!
