Our stops will include the beautiful town of Canmore, Lake Minnewanka which Banff's largest lake, Two Jack Lake which offers breathtaking scenery anytime of the day. Lake Louise will definitely show off its natural glamour, and the many sights along the way will help to create a lifetime memory. You will have plenty of time to shop and taste the local flavours at the Town of Banff where you just might even find Bigfoot! We will also showcase a couple of our favourite places in between stops From mid June to mid October you will stop at the spectacular and must see Moraine Lake! This is my favourite summer lake in all of the parks, you'll feel as if you are seeing heaven on earth as we drive through the Valley of the Ten Peaks! This experience is about wowing you all day! We'll adapt your day according to wildlife sightings, weather conditions, and traffic flow for better enjoyment. Our small groups are up to 10 guests and your day will last 10 to 12 hours depending on the season. Your adventure will start from the moment we pick you up in Downtown Calgary or Canmore, until we drop you off again at the end of the day! If you need to be dropped off in Banff at the end of the tour we can gladly accommodate you and a small piece of luggage.

While at my tea table we will guide you through a tasting expedition. You will have a unique opportunity to taste the vast and ancient world of tea, become familiar with whole-leaf artisan varietals and their growing processes, learn how to develop your taste buds and expertly steep tea at home. We will begin our 2-hour workshop by tasting a variety of specialty White, Green, Oolong, Black, and Pu-erhs teas. As we taste each tea we'll explain what defines each category, share fun stories from visiting these farms in the east, and talk about the health benefits of each tea. Enjoy the presentation as each tea is prepared with mindfulness and precision, using specialty pots and tea tools in the traditional ways of the Chinese Tea Ceremony. Questions are always welcome and you will also have a chance to practice pouring tea for yourself, or friends and family. Escape the city to experience a unique working horse ranch in a picturesque setting. Surrounded by Cascade mountain views, lush forest, and quiet countryside, you'll enjoy an opportunity to tour the ranch, take advantage of amazing photo opportunities of horses and nature, and have an hour of instruction time on horseback. Other things to note Suitable for adults and children over 12 with or without prior experience around horses. Please wear boots or sturdy shoes for hiking and horseback riding. We'll ride to Mt. Seymour or Cypress Provincial Park where I'll take you on one of the scenic hiking trails. All of our hikes end with a spectacular view of the city or the Howe Sound. Lunch break will be enjoyed at the top of the mountain with great ocean views and some fun nature games. Come and spend a day at a farm and make art! We are a woman owned organic farm located near the Sandy River. We have converted a century old dairy barn into a ceramic studio. Let’s spend the day playing with clay and learning together. Here we have options based around your skill level and interests. I can lead you on the potters wheel or in hand building techniques. For an additional cost of $25 per person I will fire your projects in my kiln and you can choose a glaze color for your finished pieces. You can choose to pick up a couple weeks after your booking or pay to have your pieces shipped. Immersive tea tasting in our little tea house, featuring different tabletop flower arrangements and aromatherapy every week!. There will be Chinese style tea art demonstrations and on certain holidays Guzheng ( Chinese musical instrument) performances. Guests will choose between black tea, oolong tea, yellow tea, green tea, dark tea and scented teas from China at different tea tasting times. I have been in touch with tea since I was 10 years of age and it has always been a part of my life. I am a landscape architect and an enthusiastic tea artist. After I moved to America, my partner and husband Joseph singlehandedly built the tea house for me, according to my design. Everything including the slab table was made by Joseph over a period of two years. Now I would like to share with others this tea house full of love energy and my love of Chinese tea, the etiquette of drinking tea and interesting stories of China.

A guided hike through beautiful lake and mountain scenery, hosted by Pickles and Peanut, French Alpine goat brothers! Their "parents" come too, to ensure you are guided on the less-busy but still human-accessible trails. On the two hour adventure we will: - Meet at Grafton Lake parking area next to Grafton Road. - Start with 10 minutes of intros and "Goat 101" to learn how to safely interact with Peanut and Pickles. - Walk around the lake. - Stop at viewpoints along the way, where we'll offer to take photos of you with the goats. - End back where we started. Private hike options include: - Customized trail route such as up to the lookout in our main photo, or to cool natural tree forts! - Special arrangements for a longer, more challenging hike to the summit of the iconic Mount Gardner. A few considerations: Families as well as dogs on leashes are welcome, but please note that Peanut and Pickles are still growing and their headbutt play behaviour may intimidate children and dogs. You are welcome to request dates, but these will be considered "private hikes". This adventure is "rain or shine"! The boys look adorable in their rain coats, so (pending a major storm) we'll enjoy whatever mother nature brings our way. The boys can't wait to show you their beautiful backyard!

We will teach you how to milk a cow. *At the beginning we allow you time to spend with the animals. Petting, brushing, or just hanging out with them. *Next we take you through what we feed our animals and how we care for them. We can talk about what goes into the cleanliness of the process and getting everything ready. *We will then go through the experience of milking the cow (whether by hand or with the machine, you decide). Allowing you to do as much of the work as you feel comfortable with. *Afterwards we will strain the milk and get it cooled and clean up. *Before you leave we will give you the opportunity to taste any of the products from our farm with the option to purchase milk at a 50% discount. *Congrats! You will have milked a cow!

While visiting the artist's studio, you learn the process of blowing glass, and basic glassblowing techniques including taking a gather, marvering, blow'n-cap, and shaping glass. The workshop is very hands-on, focused on the process instead of the final product. With experienced glass artists, you make 2 to 3 small objects such as a paperweight, ornament/float, and/or drinking glass, to take home. Glassblowing is a team work. We strongly recommend to experience this with another person. If you are solo, you may still book a spot. However, the single booker should expect to finish earlier. Best to wear a cotton top and cotton pants. Open-toed shoes are not allowed. Please bring a pair of sunglasses with you. Be prepared to be hot and sweaty, and to have fun! BYOB if you like. Do something incredibly unique, climb huge trees 100-200 ft tall, including some rare old-growth trees. Explore and learn about unique ecosystem and wildlife of trees. Once you reach the top of the canopy, enjoy an incredible view of ocean, mountains, and wildlife including bald eagles. Great for groups, teams, and team-building too! Our itinerary will consist of: 1) Meeting and introducing ourselves 2) Signing a liability waiver 3) Listening to a safety talk and gear overview 4) Participating in a climbing techniques tutorial 5) Getting geared-up and checked by your guide 6) Completing a practice climb on our demo tree 7) Walking to the more secluded climbing trees 8) Climb multiple trees, between 100 and 200 feet high. Depending on the group and the climbers' ability, you will ascend one to four trees. Climbing 20 stories up coastal Douglas fir trees offers a stunning perspective few have ever seen. We'll begin with an in-depth tour of our Past Worlds gallery and end with a behind-the-scenes visit inside our Paleo Lab. In the gallery, we will talk about dinosaurs found in Utah (some known exclusively from our own collections) and explore the ecosystems and adaptations that make these animals so fascinating. Inside the Paleo Lab, we will get a sneak peek at the projects that our paleontology volunteers are working on and learn about the techniques used to prepare our most recent discoveries. The tour is for adults and teens 13 years or older. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum number of participants is 10. Admission is complementary with purchase of the experience. Admission fees cannot be deducted from the package price. Tour length is approximately 2 hours or so, depending on group discussions. Face masks are optional and not required.

You'll even get to see us perform some excerpts from our pro acts. It's a unique circus experience getting up close and personal with some of cirque's best aerialists for one and half hours! We adapt to every individual and guide you through a safe and progressive introduction to aerial technique. As long as you don’t have any major physical injuries or conditions that would prohibit you from physical activity, you should be fine. This tour combines two of Southern Utah's most popular activities: exploring scenic slot canyons and horseback riding. First we will climb into the saddle at the stables and conduct a brief riding lesson for the inexperienced riders. No need to worry if you are a beginner, we have years of experience and reserve the best trained horses for our guests. Our ride will take us to the mouth of a beautiful slot canyon where we will dismount and walk a short distance into the canyon. This incredible sandstone formation is very narrow with walls towering several hundred feet high on either side. East Zion is the home to world class slot canyons that can be found nowhere else! Following this stop, riders will again get in the saddle and ride back to the starting point. You will be led by a local guide with years of horse riding experience that will also share the rich cowboy history of small town Orderville that continues to live on today. Spring Sessions begin April 7th-May 19th Bring your family and/or friends to a once in a lifetime Scottish Highland photoshoot and interaction experience! Each experience will last about 45 minutes and will involve education about the breed as well as interaction with the cattle such as feeding, brushing and petting. Open meeting with the guests we will begin with demonstrating the flight then heading to the airplane and give an overview of the instruments and controls. Start,Taxing to the active runway then depart to the north West of Hayward Airport flying over Oakland downtown then crossing the bay bridge toward Alcatraz Island, Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco downtown before heading back to land in Hayward Airport. Guests will be given the controls of the aircraft to maneuver freely in the air once we get to a safe altitude if they wish, of course all under the safe supervision of the Pilot. This flight Lesson will be done in about 60 - 75 min. ( Ground and Flight). After touching on the WHAT and the WHY, we'll dive deep into the HOW of sourdough. This is the ultimate sourdough experience - You'll do all the steps for a great country loaf in class, we'll bake bread and enjoy it, you'll make your own starter ready to use immediately, and you'll go home with enough dough to make two more loaves or even some sourdough pizza. And each class is uniquely tailored to the needs and interests of the students. Also, there is often a surprise bake or two. Come hungry! The main purpose to do this course is to encourage people to have bees ( they are good, trust me) - Full basic beekeeping class and training. - Honey tasting - Explore hive, internally and externally - Learn about the honey bee life cycle - Look up honey bee queen, drone, and workers - Honey extraction( depends on the season and honey flow time ) - Learn how to start and maintain a hive in your backyard This unique hands-on experience is the best way to learn about the importance of honeybees! We will suit up and open up the hive to see how bees live, work, and produce honey. You will definitely leave with greater knowledge tt and understanding of our pollinator friends and the inner workings of a honeybee colony. - There’s no toilet onsite, you can go to the Bolinas town for that reason.
