Mingara Park cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a snug & cosy getaway. Sit and enjoy the beautiful countryside & sunsets, curl up and read by the fire place, stroll through the farm and meet our friendly goats and miniature cattle. The cottage is ideal for a week working from your country office, a weekend away for two or to share with family and friends. The kitchen has all you need to cook up a storm but if you prefer the outdoors, light the fire pit and sit out under the stars.

Cottage by the Lake

Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Pemberley Cottage is a tranquil self-contained accommodation experience located on a 700 acre grazing property just outside the quaint village of Malmsbury in the Macedon Ranges The stylish cottage provides spectacular water, mountain & farm views; the perfect place to unwind, soak in the outdoor bath, bask in the views or use as a base to explore nearby Kyneton & Daylesford. Charleson Farm was born from our passion for the countryside and the things we hold dear - family, friends, good food and laughter. The property is set high with spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and everything needed to relax and recharge. Centrally located, it is only 25-40 mins from Lorne, Torquay, Anglesea, Birregurra, Geelong and the attractions of the Great Ocean Road. Three hat restaurant Brae is also close by. The house is pet friendly.

Our mud brick home, is surrounded by eucalyptus trees and is bordering on the Enfield State Forest. The 3 bedroom home is an ideal quiet and peaceful escape from urban life, featuring a wood heater, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry with a washing machine. Kangaroos often visit our backyard to feed on the grass. Lots of native birds can be spotted. We had a Tawny Frogmouth nest near the house and even a koala visit, recently.

Boonahview Accommodation

Boonahview is a self-contained accommodation located high up in the Otways on a working sheep farm. Enjoy uninterrupted 180 degree views from every window. Stunning! A short 20-30 minute drive to Lorne and The Great Ocean Road. Nb currently no oven. The accomodation is seperate from the main house and is in tank water only .. which is drinkable. The heating is a wood fire for those cold days/nights.

The Illalangi tiny house is perched on a hill in Mannerim overlooking the picturesque Swan Bay. This unique getaway is located on a 76 acre farm property and has all that you need for a cosy night away. It is the perfect location for access to local wineries (Basil’s Farm and Banks Road winery) and a short drive to Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff.

The Dairy at Yandoit Creek Farm

The Dairy is a beautiful piece of history set in 21 hectares of rolling pasture. When you visit you'll be on Djaara country. Built by Italian settlers in the 1860s, the stone building has been sensitively renovated to create a studio retreat of rustic calm.
