Cozy two bedroom & den apartment, full 2 baths (1 King + 2 Twins + 1 Queen in the den) 1,200 sq/ft on second level with two private balconies and partial Gulf view from the den.
This apartment is fully furnished and equipped including AC, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and 2 flat screen TV's. BEST location within steps to Siesta Key Public Beach. Gumbo Limbo is a mini resort with only 2 duplexes
sharing a beautiful black bottom lagoon style pool.

- During High Season (February 3rd - April 21st 2018) we rent exclusively from Saturday - Saturday only. No exceptions.
-Guests (main person who reserves and is in charge) need to be 26+ years of age.
- We offer a pack & play and a high chair (at Gumbo Limbo properties only) free of charge, but must be reserved at booking
- Maximum 6 people, 2 designated parking spaces (sorry no guest parking)
-Please note that we do not offer disposable items like: laundry detergent, dish soap, paper napkins, paper towels etc. You will get stated with toilet paper and garbage bags, but please put these items on to your shopping list.
-Bring your own beach towels, everything else we have.
