Fully furnished with modern and luxurious fittings with no windows. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, microwave, kettle and portable induction cooker ideal for light cooking. The bathroom comes equipped with European rain shower for a spa-like experience!

We will wait for at the apartment for a maximum of 1 hour from your estimated arrival time. Check-ins exceeding the agreed time by more than 1 hour will be chargeable at $50/hour. Please call us at least 2 hours in advance if there is a change in your arrival timing.
As there isn't an onsite reception, immediate check-ins at a short notice are not available. Guests without contact details and arrival details may experience a waiting time of up to 2 hours, and will not be able to check in after 8pm.
Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is by 12noon. Late check-out charges may apply.
Operational hours are from 9am to 8pm.
We offer luggage storage from 9.30AM.
Extensions will be subjected to apartment availabilities and prevailing market rates upon request. Kindly note that requests for extension must be done at least 72 hours prior to check out for us to check on availability.
All guests are required to present their passport to the Guest Satisfaction Manager during check in for guest registration and sign the registration form agreeing to the Terms and Conditions governing the stay. No check-in will be allowed without presentation of passports and completed registration form. We will be required to take a copy of your valid photo ID.
Due to the profile of our guests, kindly note that Heritage Apartments has a strict policy to only host guests above the age of 18. Upon check-in and throughout the course of your stay, guests found to be below the age of 18 will be asked to vacate the property immediately. As this is a violation of our House Rules, the booking will be cancelled with no refunds provided.
Complimentary housekeeping is done every 8 days
UPDATE: Please be advised that staycation is not allowed during this period.
We seek your kind understanding that government regulations during this period do not allow guests to rent a temporary accommodation to stay with someone whom they are not related to or have a different residential address.
If your purpose of stay is because your home is under renovation, please note that a letter from the renovation company will be required as a supporting document.
If guests do not disclose that the reservation is for staycation purpose, and our Hotel is later informed, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation without a refund.
