Everything is new and improved, in an appealing coastal style. Located a quick minute's walk to private Crescent Beach. Our second story unit is on a quiet street with no through traffic.

We provide linens and towels. Coin laundry machines are in the building if needed ($3 wash and dry- bring quarters). We provide soap/dryer sheets
For longer stays-optional cleaning with change of linens/towels $80
We provide 1 beach towel per person, there are laundry lines and a drying rack available. If you feel you need more please bring.
If you need baby/toddler supplies I can provide websites for reputable rental agencies located nearby.

Our neighborhood is situated on the west side of Midnight Pass Road, the main north/south route along private beaches on the key. I am enjoying life in Sarasota as a full time mom, part time pharmacist and property manager of our beach place. My favorite motto is " be the change you want to see in the world" it applies to so many things. I could never live without my family, my doberman, a good dark roast coffee or the beach. We visit and use our beach place often, it is an extension of our home. After owning this unit for 7 years we are happy to be giving it a complete renovation. We have taken all into consideration and bringing a new kitchen and bath along with new floors, paint and furnishings.
