An amazing aura, a captivating landscape and a unique stone house dressed in art and tradition, is a combination that offers the ideal vacations. Forget about anything you had in mind and surrender to this trip to serenity.
Lilian’s stone house is a part of the mountain. The living rock enters the house. Nature embraces this beautiful building while the house has the power to tame Nature.
It is built in 3 levels with 3 verandas overlooking the whole village and the mountains. It can accommodate up to 5 guests in a double and 3 single beds in private rooms and it offers all facilities you may ask for. Apart from wifi. This is important for your tranquility.
Just around the corner of picturesque Harakas village (which has only one tavern at its square), a breathtaking view to the Aegean Sea will nail you. It is the way to Kyparissi seaside village. A place of unrepeatable beauty, just 9 km away.
Endless choices and places to explore, sites to visit, beaches to swim. Monemvasia Medieval citadel is just 20 km away and it is a place you definitely have to see. Lilian's house is the perfect orbital to do so!

AMAZING THINGS TO DO AND SEE NEAR HARAKAS!
Where to swim:
The eastern coastline of the Municipality of Monemvasia is scattered with mostly pebbly beaches around Zarakas and Monemvasia, protected from southerly and southwesterly winds.
In the north of the municipality are the beaches of Aghia Kyriaki, Megali Ammos and Drymiskos at Kyparissi, and Vlychada near Riechia.
Close to Gerakas is Kochylas, near Aghios Ioannis are Kastraki and the busy Pori.
The beach at Monemvasia’s new town is Kakkavos. Swimming is also possible off the rocks at Portelo in the shadow of the Lower Town walls.
Further south are the beaches of Nomia: Amelakia, Xifias and Aghios Fokas.

KASTANIA CAVE
One of the most impressive caves of Greece can be found near the village of Kastania on the southern tip of the Peloponnese, just minutes away from Neapoli. The route follows the winding mountain road leading to the forest-covered eastern slopes of Mt. Parnon.

HIKING - HINOVOUNI ROUTES
From the beautiful seaside village of Kyparissi, it is hard to imagine that hidden amongst the surrounding cliffs lies a large fir forest on a mountainside offering a number of lovely hikes. The entirety of Mt. Hionovouni comprises a Natura habitat and was once filled with human activities, as evidenced by the many huts and goatfolds and terraced fields, most of them now abandoned. A series of paths, based on the original network, provide an opportunity to enjoy these traces of human endeavour and to enjoy the wonderful landscape. The main route forms part of national hiking path 33 that crosses Hionovouni from the village of Kremasti to Lambokambo.
Other routes branch off to villages in the foothills – the three settlements of Kyparissi and Harakas. All the paths can be combined as desired, beginning and ending at different points, depending on hikers’ interests and abilities.

ROCK CLIMBING!
Kyparissi Rock Climbing Area

Ever since being discovered a few years ago by Greek climbers, the rock climbing area of Kyparissi is now an international destination for enthusiasts of the sport.
What is special about it is the combination of the cliffs and superb views over the Aegean Sea as far as the islands of Hydra and Spetses, even Porto Heli, which seem to be at one’s feet. On a clear day some of the Cycladic islands (Milos, Sifnos, Serifos or Kythnos) appear like rocks flung down into the deep blue sea.
So far 15 climbing routes have been established, thanks to the voluntary efforts of Greek and French climbers, who say there is a potential for hundreds of routes of varying difficulty.
The cliffs are limestone, vertical but with stalagmites, caves and in some cases over 50 metres high. Routes already opened are equipped with stainless steel bolts and are of medium to high difficulty.
Some of the routes are just a minute from the road, others are an hour’s walk. One area is right above the Carved Asclepium and the village.
