This 92 square meter apartment is located in the heart of Oslo with everything in walking distance. The Royal Castle is only 300 meters away, and you can get to the Nathional Gallery in a ten minutes walk. The apartment is located in the split between Oslos two main shopingstreets, Bogstadveien and Karl Johan. It's a traditional Oslo apartment built in 1888, and is located in the first floor with easy access to the backyard. Has been slightly upgraded since pictures were taken.

El espacio
The location is named Homansbyen, its surrounded by old, traditional architecture.
The apartment has a large livingroom, decorated with norwegian design furniture. A separate kitchen fully equiped, it even has an espresso maker. The two bedrooms are not connected. One has a kingsized (180 cm wide) bed, and the other one has a single bed and a baby bed. The area is very secure and the neighbours are respectful. The private backyard is ideal for children to play in.

Acceso de los huéspedes
This apartment is usually our home. We are a family of three with a baby boy (and a dog, that makes four). When we are not home we rent out our apartment for others to enjoy. Our guests has access to the full apartment, livingroom with TV, kitchen with all facilities, bedroom and bathroom. We will make room for our guests to use some of the warderobe space.

Otros aspectos a destacar
We have a dog in our family, so the apartment is not recomended for guests with severe fur-allergy.

Oslo, Noruega

Right across the street you find old Frydenlund brewery which is now used as Oslo College University. Right around the corner youll find Lorry - an old traditional Oslo-restaurant. Known more for its beer drinking guests from the cultural elite, than the food. If you want to experience a great dinner and drinks right in the neighbourhood - visit Plah. Its both high end and high priced, and you should book a table in advance. I will encourage all guests to have a nice walk up to St. Hans haugen, walk to the top of the park and enjoy the view. Then walk down to Fredensborg, further to Vulkan through "Mathallen" and suddenly your at Grünerløkka. But lets get back to Fredensborg where you can find the French restaurant Chez Colin. The food is incredible and so is the wine.

Depending on what you like, and the unpredictable Norwegian weather, I will recomend taking a boat trip to one of the islands of the Oslofjord from Aker Brygge. The islands are named Hovedøya, Langøyene, Bleikøya, Gressholmen, Lindøya, Nakholmen. The ferrys are public and cost about 30-40 NOK. You get to see Oslo from sea, and explore the island fauna. On the way to Aker brygge you can also go through the Castle park and see the Royal Castle. From Aker brygge you can walk to the city hall which is usually open to public, or take a stroll by the harbor promenade, to Vippa, an open food hall with different streetfood-restaurants. Its very relaxed right by the ocean. Then you cant miss the Operahouse. You should also visit Vigelandsparken both for the statues and for the walk as you get to see a lot of Frogner on the way there.

Theres no limits to what Oslo has to offer, and everything is in walking distance from Homansbyen. I'll be happy to give my advice :)
