We comply with Local and Airbnb COVID-19 cleaning procedures. We clean and care! This is a cozy room with traditional Mexican custom decoration and architecture with all the modern amenities you need; Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube, etc. Powerful A/C unit, Free WIFI (30 MB down, 5 MB up), hot water to 110°F in 30 seconds) and more importantly COFFEE INCLUDED EVERY MORNING. Also included:

We are located behind the iconic church with the crown and close to everything. Our neighbors are the most exclusive boutique hotels in town. We are close to everything in the heart of downtown´s Gringo Gulch Quarter. To get to our street from the Malecon or Old Town, you need to climb at least about 80 stairs from any direction or take a $50 MXN cab (about $3USD) or UBER . This place is perfect for people who need a comfortable place to sleep and shower and explore all day or digital nomads who need a place to rest and work but want to go out and be in the middle of all the action. The place is quiet and you can see the fireworks from the terrace and hear the mariachi playing at night. We have several convenience stores around us and 3 excellent restaurants within our block.

You have access to all common areas of this unique place. This beautiful and cozy apartment includes access to a fully equipped kitchen (We follow all COVID19 safety requirements, to reduce cross contamination we limit the amount of utensils you can use and ask you to clean all surfaces and utensils when you are done. The refrigerator has a section for your food, working desk with printer, phone calls from our landline are free to the US and Canada. WIFI is also included. Hot water dispensed to 110°F in 30 seconds or less.
Otros aspectos a destacar
Only two people are allowed in the room. Both will be guided and instructed on COVID-19 procedures. No extra guests are allowed for any amount of time or events. If you check in by yourself no other guests will be allwed in your room to prevent common areas from contamination. There's a $50 USD charge for lost or not returned keys since we have to re-key two doors and all copies.

We are two doors down from Hacienda San Angel, around the corner from Casa Kimberly and half a block away from Sumaq Peruvian Restaurant. Yo can walk down the stairs to the heart of the boardwalk, restaurants, clubs and shopping to the west, amazing art galleries and high end restaurants around us and north of us and 2 and a half blocks down (and stiff stairs up) from Cuale Island and the romantic Zone, home to amazing food, clubs, Los Muertos Beach and the largest gay neighborhood in Mexico.
