This listing is for one private room (Room B) in our remodeled 3 bedroom house. The Kitchen, Living Room and Bathroom are all shared space and we may have other guests in the house during your stay.
Breakfast items are generally available in the Kitchen. We typically have two or more cereals, coffee, tea, milk, creamer and various snacks.
Each room has a Queen bed, digital cable with 48" LCD SmartTV, desk, Alexa, HEPA filter and plenty of closet space.
Plenty of free street parking is available in front of the house.

Just about everything in the house is BRAND NEW! The kitchen has new modern appliances, cabinets, fridge, dishes, Keurig coffee maker, etc. The living room is cozy and has a TV, couch, etc. There is a shared bathroom stocked with soap, shampoo, and toiletries. Fresh towels will be in your room when you arrive. Extra linens can be found in the hall closet.

Even if your phone is dead or not working you can also reach us when you arrive using our cloud enabled doorbell. It can ring our cell phones if we are not home and functions as an intercom.
High-speed 300Mbps internet (WiFi), flat screen tv's in every room. Tons of DVDs and Blueray movies are in the living room area as well if you choose to partake in a chill night on the couch.
Every room comes with a queen bed, flat screen tv, small desk, chair, Alexa, Iron, and Ironing board.
Stay tuned as we expand to offer the connected home experience such as - voice activated lights, radio, tv, etc.

We take the health, safety, and security of our guests seriously and have augmented our hosting, cleaning, and sanitation routines based on information provided by Airbnb and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
1. This is a shared space unsuitable for people who need to self-quarantine, showing symptoms, or at high risk of exposure.
2. We appreciate your cooperation during this time of uncertainty and wish everyone safe travels.
3. Per guidelines, please open bedroom windows upon checkout, and close the bedroom door.
4. Please do not leave/share handtowels in the bathroom. Clean towels and handtowels are located in the hall cabinet.
5. Each of our rooms has its own Automatic Air Filter. We recommend Guests leave it on during their stay and/or open their bedroom window weather permitting.
6. Our HVAC system uses a Honeywell electronic air cleaner, followed by a UV Sterilizer and Carbon Filter with the intake air vent located in the hallway.
