NALOHA: We are now excepting reservations for Trans-Pacific travelers with arrivals August 1, 2020 and beyond who have been tested for the Covid-19 virus within 72 hours prior to traveling and have a negative result. We will require a copy of your negative report for each traveler in your party prior to boarding your flight. IF YOU ARE REQUIRED TO QUARANTINE FOR 14 DAYS UPON ARRIVAL WE WILL NOT PERMIT YOU TO CHECK IN. NO EXCEPTIONS. By reserving this condo you agree to these terms in addition to our existing Terms and Conditions.

This resort is open with limited amenities such as one or more pools, BBQ areas and fitness facilities. Valet parking and Bell valet services may be limited at this time or not offered at all. All amenity use is subject to Hawaii State Covid-19 rules and regulations and CDC recommendations concerning social distancing and cleaning procedures. These rules and recommendations and amenity usage are subject to change and not under our control. By reserving this condo guest understands that all amenities of the resort may not be available during their stay and agree to abide by any and all regulations and recommendations.

Covid-19 updated procedures.

To ensure the safety and comfort for all of our guests, Maui Westside Properties has implemented contactless check-ins and housekeeping crews will be following enhanced procedures that meet and exceed the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for cleaning and sanitizing utilizing our three-step "Ohana Safe Clean" Program.
Step 1. Thorough Standard Deep Clean of the unit, with additional guidance to staff for CDC compliance. Cleaning and Disinfecting with CDC recommended and EPA Approved, Hospital Grade Cleaners, and Disinfectants.
Step 2. Sanitization utilizing high powered UV-C light technology in all rooms.
Step 3. Completion Inspection and Disinfection Spray.
