We are Mark & Kevin. We have been hosting guests from all over the world. They enjoy our hospitable tradition, so we try our best to help them feel "home away from home" no matter where they come from.
Mark currently lives in Orange County with his family. Therefore, Kevin will be your main host. He is very friendly, kind, and accommodative. We're proud to say all our guests really enjoy Kevin's hospitality.

- Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
- Plenty of street parking right in front of the house. It's free and safe!
- We're pretty centrally located; close to many schools, and beaches in SD.
- About 5 minutes from Mesa College, 7 minutes away from USD, 15 minutes from UCSD.
- About 12 minutes from Pacific Beach, 12 minutes from Downtown, 15 minutes from Ocean Beach, 10 minutes from Balboa Park, 12 minutes from Sea World, and many other attractions
- 5-10 minutes away from groceries stores, Target, Vons, etc.

- We used to host Airbnb guests before and many of them became friends afterward. Some booked for a couple of temporary nights but ended up staying here for longer terms (2 weeks, 1 month, 2 months, etc.). We are always happy to hear that guests enjoyed their stay here. So if you are looking for a place to stay longer, whether for business or travel or relocating, just send me a message and I will be more than happy to answer.
- Our place is most suitable for friendly and open-minded people, who are comfortable interacting with people from various backgrounds and cultures.
