No main house access! Inside the room you have Firestick TV, Fios High Speed Wifi, microwave, mini fridge, dresser, and closets. Linens and towels are provided along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The screened patio outside the entrance to the Master Suite has seating area, air hockey table, bikes, beach umbrella, small coolers, gas grill, ping pong table, foosball table, and picnic table for guest to use. Inflatable kayak for use also, with put in down the street.

Children and dog live in the main quarters on occasion. They do not have access to the Master Suite. It remains locked during your stay.
We respectfully honor a 10:00 quiet time.
There is no smoking indoors.
The screened patio outside can be used as a smoking area.
