Welcome to our one bedroom, one bath (4 piece) main floor condo. Recently renovated. Freshly painted with new furniture, a brand new king size memory foam mattress with contemporary decoration (with queen size pull out couch). Easily accessible with no steps to climb and close, convenient parking right outside the front door. Quiet, peaceful and near both Siesta Key Beach and the condo pool ensure a wonderful vacation. Walk across the street and enjoy one of the best beaches in the world.

Our one bedroom ground floor condo is waiting for you! Complementary parking available right out side your door. The condo as been freshly painted and newly furnished with updated decor. The bedroom has a brand new king size mattress to ensure a comfortable sleep. The living couch pulls out to a queen size mattress. All brand new bedding! The kitchen is fully equipped with new dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and coffee maker and seats four comfortably. The condo has a tv and ceiling fans in both the living room and the bedroom. Air conditioning is throughout the unit as well. A table and four chairs is provided in the private back patio to sit back and enjoy the outdoors should you wish. The property resides on the inter coastal waterway and is across the street to one of the best beaches in the USA!

Please enjoy all areas of the condo. The there are two chairs by the front door to sit back and relax. Since this is a ground floor unit, we are able to offer a small, private back patio at the back of the condo to enjoy at the end of the day. Should you wish, the condo pool is available for you to use as are the picnic area, bbq or lounge chairs to soak in the waterway activity. Children are welcome but must be supervised. Bring your fishing poles as you may fish off our pier or enjoy watching the boats go back and forth.

Siesta Key is an 8 mile long, crescent-shaped barrier island easily accessible by one of 2 bridges connecting it to the Mainland of Sarasota. Siesta Key has 4 main areas, Siesta Beach, Crescent Beach, (where our condo is located), Turtle Beach and Siesta Key Village, each with their own, unique character and charm.
Siesta Key Village has many stores ranging from hip and funky to high-end boutiques and, of course, we wouldn't be a beach town without the beach accessory and souvenir shops. This mostly pedestrian village is an ideal spot to shop, enjoy a casual bite or fine dining, check out the local music scene or just people watch. You'll also find a drug store, a post office, and the Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce at Davidson's Plaza.
The other shopping and dining district is located just south of where Stickney Point Road becomes Midnight Pass Road in the Crescent Beach area. In addition to the many boutique shops, restaurants, and other area businesses, you will find a full service grocery store here.
