El espacio
This apartment is in a much loved home in an old part of the city.
The house was built in 1784, it has lots of charm and character with some modern enhancements.
There is a narrowish spiral staircase with 10 steps. Nobody has had a problem with this.
Although it's very close to the city centre, it is surprisingly quiet and peaceful here and is a great place to live.
The washing machine is downstairs. Let me know if you need to do some laundry.
We have an open fire downstairs where we burn solid fuel; coal and wood.
There is a stove out the back which we use occasionally.
