With some of the best views in the high desert, this unique dwelling situated in the hills of yucca valley has everything you could want in a desert getaway. Its clear walls take the "indoor - outdoor" experience to a whole new level. It has its own deck and propane fire pit, is completely off grid and generates its own power from the sun. The detached kitchen and full bathroom are just yards away. It is one of three other short term rentals on the property.

El espacio
Made out of corten steel and polycarbonate, this cabin is unlike anything you have stayed in. It comes with a detached full bathroom with hot water, a kitchen with stove, sink, all types of cooking equipment and a dining area. Because it is completely off grid, we are limited on a few things, mainly power. We have power for lights, water and heating, but we don't have enough for full time refrigeration or power outlets. We have USB chargers for your phone and tablets though. We do have a cooler so please bring ice. There is a Fire pit so make sure to bring plenty of firewood. The gas for the stove is provided.

Acceso de los huéspedes
The cabin is on a 100 acre property with three other short term rental locations. The cabin has its own detached yet private bathroom and kitchen and is a good distance from the other three locations. So you do have your own privacy but may see the occasional guest driving by or hiking. Speaking of hiking there are many hiking trails right off the property so you will never need to leave!

Otros aspectos a destacar
-Due to the property being off-grid we have water brought in for guest usage. Please be mindful of your usage! We DO NOT allow personal pools to be filled!
-There are two other short term rentals on the 100-acre property
-We are powered by 12 volt solar and battery backup so we do not have power outlets. We do have USB chargers for your phone and tablets.
-We do not have a fridge but we do have coolers so bring ice
-Our mini-split AC unit is on a timer due to power restrictions and is available from 8 am-5 pm. There is a swamp cooler available to use in the evenings and overnight.
-Please keep all doors or screens closed as we are in the desert and there are critters around. While we do have a pest control company out regularly, critters can still slip in through open doors from time to time.
-Events and photoshoots will only be allowed with written permission.
-Pets are allowed but we charge an extra $40 cleaning fee
-Please check the weather prior to your stay so you can be properly prepared. We are in an area that can get very hot in the summer, very cold in the winter and during certain times of the year can experience very high winds. We will not issue refunds for weather issues that are out of our control.
