Fantastic location!! Siesta Key condo is nestled in the heart of Siesta Key Village. Cafe's, restaurants, shops and nightlife are only steps away. Only an 8 minute walk to sink your toes into the famous white powdery sand of Siesta Key Beach.

This newly furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo features a king bed in the master and a queen bed in the second bedroom with all new crisp, fresh linens and brand new mattresses. The living room area has a 42" Flat Screen TV including cable and WiFi. New sofa and matching loveseat seat 4 people comfortably. Remote operated ceiling fans keep things cool. Open the sliding glass doors to the patio and garden for true indoor/outdoor living. Plenty of closet space is available in the bedrooms for extended stays.
The kitchen has stainless appliances including a dishwasher, glass top stove/oven with microwave, a stainless refrigerator with ice-maker, washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, champagne glasses, pots, pans, silverware and serving utensils. There is also an automatic coffee pot and french press for coffee however you like it. A Nutri-Bullet is available for morning smoothies. And a blender for margaritas in the afternoon. Off of the kitchen is the dining area with comfortable seating for 4. There is also a table and benches out on the patio for al-fresco dining.
The heated pool for the complex is just steps away from the unit and open from dawn until dusk.
Public parking is available in front of the condo, or 2 private parking spaces behind the unit. Keyless entry to the unit is available from the back parking spaces.

Being in the heart of the village gives you access to all that Siesta Key has to offer. Great food and live music at The Hub. The Salty Dog, for a grouper sandwich and an ice cold beer, or Solorzarno's Pizza around the corner. Big Olaf Ice Cream is a local favorite made by our Amish community. Great breakfast around the corner at the Sun Garden Cafe. Pick up last minute groceries at the market 2 blocks away. The Beach Club has late night live entertainment with pool tables.
The quartz white sand of Siesta Beach is a 8 minute walk from the condo. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels are available in the unit.
