Een monumentale woning ,1 minuut lopen van de tram en winkelcentrum. Op de beneden etage komt u via een (stijle ) trap (zonder traphek). Hier zijn 3 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer en een separaat toilet. 1 van de slaapkamers ligt aan de tuin. het bed is een twijfelaar. Het karton bed van de foto’s te vervangen voor meer degelijk bed. De andere slaapkamer heeft een 2 personens bed en de andere kamer heeft 2 losse bedden tegen elkaar aan geschoven op de foto maar in de praktijk doe ik ze vaak uit elkaar.

In 15 minuten bent u met het openbaar vervoer op het strand of centrum, ook loopt u in 20 minuten naar parken waar u heerlijk kunt genieten van de natuur.

De vakantiewoning is gevestigd, in een oude stal. De boerderij is gelegen in het buitengebied van Rotterdam in een oud buurtschap genaamd 'De Kandelaar'. Hier wonen slechts 30 mensen en het is de perfecte spot midden in de natuur tussen de (grote) steden Rotterdam, Schiedam en Delft. De perfecte plek om de stad en natuur te combineren! Onze boerderij ligt op slechts 5km vanaf Schiedam, 8km vanaf Delft en 12km vanaf Rotterdam en 30 minuten (met de auto) vanaf het strand.

Ons appartement ligt tegen vele toeristische bezienswaardigheden aan in Rotterdam en ondanks dat het in het hart van de stad ligt is het rustig slapen en er is veel groen te vinden. We hebben parkeermogelijkheden voor €25 per dag onbeperkt in en uitrijden en vragen €100 borg voor de parkeerkaart.
