The Barn is a unique old stone barn but modern, with an open plan sitting/kitchen/ eating area with cathedral ceiling and a long narrow window overlooking the Salt Lake to one side, a small window looking down to the sea on the other. There are two bedrooms and a wet room style bathroom (no bathtub) but plenty of hot water and underfloor heating. It is wonderfully quiet, a real retreat for those who just want to escape. The cottage is located along the Wild Atlantic Way within easy driving distance of beautiful beaches at Letterfrack and Renvyle. Kylemore Abbey and Gardens are just across the lake outside the door which is suitable for fishing with boat hire also available
