The Royal William Yard in its entirety is the largest collection of grade 1 buildings in Europe. Built Circa 1830’s and was used as a Royal Navy Victualling depot. Cosy private hideaway

This is a self-contained annexe to the main house with its own private entrance accessed by key safe. The bedroom has a king-sized bed which can also be arranged as two narrow ( 2ft 6ins ) single beds. There is an adjoining kitchenette and wet room. The small kitchenette has a microwave, mini fridge and dishwasher. However many of our guest choose to eat out at one of the many restaurants in the Royal William Yard or to order a takeaway. Free on-street parking by arrangement.

We welcome you to relax and enjoy the lovely views of Mount Edgcumbe country park and Plymouth boat marina. In the summer we recommend passing the time watching the glorious sunsets from your private balcony.
