This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The apartment is the perfect base for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and families.

Situated on the fifth floor, this light-flooded one-room apartment offers everything you might need for your stay like a freshly renovated kitchen and bathroom and an excellent public transport connection. Please be aware, that there is no elevator in the building. The apartment has one double bed and two single beds. On request, there's a foldable baby bed available. Originally designed and planned as a showroom / meeting room . The idea was to built a place to discuss, meet and represent. Reason for the location which is great to reach anything in this fast growing City of Berlin. The space and atmosphere have a happy synergy and a work / life balance for itself. I love it here - it is usually my office . We have 2 big flat screen TV screens with Amazon Prime, Netflix a sound system with Spotify and an open fire place to calm down.

It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).
