The kitchen is equipped and has an island with barstools. There is covered parking for 3 vehicles. There are steps on the end of the pier and 13' deep water. The boat launch is just up the road. There is also parking for a fishing boat, a boat up to pontoon size, and 2 jet ski's. We have life jackets available.
