Idle Speed- The Ultimate Lake Lure Escape!

As of now, Lake Lure is not expected to be open for boating and/or swimming by summer 2025 as lake recovery and cleanup efforts are still ongoing. However, our home is good to go and ready to host. We have just reduced our rates and minimum booking nights to reflect the expected conditions. The house remains a wonderful place for gathering and creating memories. This family lake house is built on beautiful lake Lanier. Just ten minutes from Tryon North Carolina and Landrum South Carolina. The house offers beautiful views of Hogback Mountain from our private patio, it is on the water, has a dock, canoe, gas grill,and a rooftop deck overlooking the water. We also offer two Roku televisions wifi, high speed internet, fire pit, and a full kitchen and bath. Also included are linens and towels, as well as condiments and basic toiletries.
