Centar grada je na udaljenosti od 1 km, najveci shoping mall centar na udaljenosti od 1.5km. U neposrednoj blizini, na svega 50m se nalazi najatraktivnije setaliste brdo Ljubovic, okruzeno borovom sumom i koja je najpoznatija setacka zona u Podgorici. Stan se nalazi na svega 9 km do aerodroma. U blizini stana su takodje locirani brojni supermarketi, restorani i barovi.

Apartmant Mareta II is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

This is a perfect hideaway from city hustle and traffic noise. As a mountaineering guide and former diplomat, I will be happy to welcome visitors from all corners of our world, share memories of my old family house and history of Montenegro, assist them in planning and organizing their tours in our beautiful country.

Das Haus bietet bequem Platz für 4-5 Personen. Der Garten bietet viel Platz für Kinder zum Spielen, Fußballtore, etc. Die Verbindungstreppe zwischen den Stockwerken ist mit einer Kindersicherung ausgestattet. Es stehen neben dem Doppel- (160cm) noch zwei Ausziehbetten (140cm) zur Verfügung.

If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. There is a local bus stop in front of the house.
