“A Salt Lake City favorite. Our favorite Mexican restaurant. Get there early or plan on a line to get in. There’s a second location not far from this location named “Red Iguana 2”. ”

Restaurante japonés

“Salt Lake City. Easily one of the best Japanese restaurants in Utah, Takashi Gibo’s masterpiece can be considered one of the SLC’s best restaurants full stop. Offering a range of modern Japanese selections, the focus here is on sushi – with the creative and musically inspired specialty rolls being a stand out favorite of locals. Be aware, Takashi is extremely popular and does not take reservations for small groups. Arrive early, or prepare to be wait listed.”

“Bakery: Fresh baked buttery croissants, perfectly-caramelized layered Kouign Amann, sourdough from their own starter, and the dozens of other scratch-made, hand-crafted delicacies made daily in our kitchen. Don't miss the black and white mousse cake! Cafe: From breakfast until well into the night, the chefs prepare scratch-made entrees like our renowned Tri-Tip steak with grilled asparagus and irresistible savory sides like a house pommes frites with herb aioli for the thousands of guests we get to serve each week.”

Cervecería

“Artichoke and asiago cream cheese dip!!! Although known for their local craft brews, Squatters started my love affair with ALL artichoke dips way back in 1989- NO spinach in this version, browned in the wood-fired oven, and served with bread instead of chips!!! It is very rich, though, so practically a meal in itself. 20 minute drive or 40 min TRAX ride to downtown SLC from Sandy.”
