We have a variety of Hot Pools and Spa in Rotorua, all a little different.
The Poly Pools are very popular and can get quite busy, lovely variety of outdoor pools too. I believe the massages are very relaxing. Not sure what the full spa experience is like.

Queen Elizabeth is a former rheumatoid hospital (I used to work there in a former life as a physiotherapist!). I have been back since for a massage – Great therapeutic massage – not sure what the Spa experience is like though. Suspect it would be lovely.

I have heard the Millennium offers a lovey touch of luxury – robes and the works though I have never been there.

Hells Gate is a much older traditional thermal experience with spa facilities. Once again not gone there.

We do have a number of natural hot springs that are very popular such as Kerosene Creek. These are free and you wander along a river to find a warm pool. Very popular with those on a budget.
Do however take care and leave nothing valuable in the car.
