Free! Small hiking oasis in the middle of urban life. A playground, a hill for sledding, even sometimes a turkey who has been handfed by local staff!

Small entry fee per car (last I went it was $7) but beautiful hiking trails that go for miles.
This is the Kettle Morraine state forest section of the Ice Age Trails.

Indoor Play Places
There are two indoor play places very close by: the Big Backyard is literally an indoor "backyard". It's a refurbished warehouse with a large play structure for bigger kids and a smaller play structure for new crawlers and walkers. There are also balls, toddler basketball hoops, and a plethora of ride on toys and lots of space to run.
Kids in Motion has a foam and net climbing structure similar to what you'd find in a McDonald's or Chick fil A, but large and in very good shape. But it also boasts 20 ish side spaces each with a different sensory activity.
My toddlers love both enormously!

Parks
There are so many parks everywhere you go. Many have sledding spaces in the winter.
