We've been here for breakfast buffet several times. 15-20 mins by boat. 2022 - $26/adults; $16/children. Omelet, eggs benedict, and pancake stations ... made to order. Louisiana style buffet bar, standard breakfast bar, donut/pastry station. I wouldn't get drinks here; not worth the money.

Bikini Pier rents boats/PWCs and is a short walk from our condo. You don't have to worry about finding a condo w boat slip if u rent your boat here and stay at our condo. However, there are numerous boat rental businesses in Sunrise Beach. Regardless of which one you choose, I recommend you book in advance during high season June-August.
