Transportation
In Puerto Rico the public transportation don't work in all the island. The public transportation is effective just in the San Juan area.
Uber and taxis work well, however if you going to stay outside the San Juan area is better rent a car.
The Uber availability is good in the metropolitan area and is not good in the other part of the island.
I'm strongly recommend rent a car.
