Lago Vista is best experienced if you have your own transportation. Driving around the area is beautiful, but there is no public transportation.

What to Bring
If you are heading to the lake, bring some crocs, sandals or swimming shoes. The bottom of the water is rocky so you will be more comfortable with some footwear.
Shop for some groceries locally if you don't want to eat out everyday. Our kitchen with everything you need to cook up a meal, except perishable items.
We provide shampoo and body wash, but if you want a certain brand please be sure to supply your own.
