I suggest you follow the following route: https://goo.gl/maps/KkY7F1HUQvVydfbSA On the route you will come across various beaches but almost all of them are rocky or with stones. However, these waters are wonderful and very clean for swimming. Υou can then go to Elos village and eat there at “kastanofolia”.

it is located less than 10 minutes by car from the house and it has crystal clear water. The rocky bottom makes the beach a good choice for snorkeling. If you wish to come to the beach, you should drive 4.5km from the main village of Kampos or from the road that descends from the neighborhood Plagia or Hairethiana. Source: Κ Travel Guide for Creta

If you are fans of trailing you will love this beach. The trail starts from the center of kampos village. https://www.cretanbeaches.com/en/sea-tourism/west-crete-beaches/platanakia-beach Platanakia is a small cove, protected by high cliffs that is almost always deserted. The beach is sandy in parts, but stoney in most places. This is an ideal place for staying remote, even in the middle of the summer. There are some trees near the beach, offering natural shade. Πηγή: ⭐ Travel Guide for Island Crete ⛵, Greece❗ - Platanakia Beach cretanbeaches.com In order to access the beach on foot from Kambos village, you have to follow the path starting from there and crossing the amazing lush gorge for two hours. The gorge is full with plane trees and there is a river flowing almost all year round. Info about the village of Kampos: Kampos is a small village in Chania, built at an altitude of 340 meters and is 27 km from Kissamos. The inhabitants are engaged in agriculture, animal husbandry, beekeeping, fishing and silverwork. In this region, it is believed that there was the ancient city Inachorion, but is not confirmed its location. In Kampos, you will see the old mills, the mill area, the Byzantine church of Agia Paraskevi with old frescoes and the church of All Saints, which is built into the homonymous cave.
