Lakes. It’s an area that has an Old Florida feel. The City of Hollywood is found in the 1925 by Joseph Young. It’s approximately 30 mi.² in size and is Broward’s 3 rd largest city
with a population of approximately 153,000 residents.
o Hollywood Beach. Hollywood boasts one of the top rated Beach Broadwalk’s in Florida. Visitors can skate, cycle, stroll and ride four seater bikes along the Broadwalk. There are a variety of restaurants, bars and shops along the
Broadwalk that you can explore. There is also a bandshell in front of the Margaritaville Hotel which has frequent concerts and live music.
o Downtown Hollywood. In downtown Hollywood which was also close to the
home there is a variety of restaurants, bars and shops as well and a large park within the circle that hosts a variety of shows, concerts and events.
o Golf Course. There is also a public golf course just to the west of the home.
o Public Marina and Park. There is also a public Marina where you can put your boat or personal watercraft in the water. Next to the public Marina is a park within observatory and picnic areas to enjoy.

Cómo moverse
Public Transportation
At Young Circle which is approximately 1 mile from Arthouse,
there is a bus station where you can catch the one, 4, 7, 8, 9 buses which will take you almost anywhere in Broward County. The number 4 bus which takes into the beach can be taken at one of the bus stops along Hollywood Boulevard. If you take it west, it will take care to Young Circle where there are a variety of restaurants and bars.

How to arrive?
o From Fort Lauderdale Hollywood International Airport, take US-1 North to Johnson St. Then, to make a left (head East) to 11 th Ave. ArtHouse is located on the corner of 11 th Ave. and Johnson Street.
o I-95 to Hollywood Blvd. (Exit 49). Then, East to 13 th Ave. Then, left (North) to Johnson Street, then right (East) to 11 th Ave.
