Amenities Badges MUST be purchased and with you at all times when using any of the amenities. Children 2 and under are free. 1 day pass - $15.00 per person 3 day pass - $20.00 per person 7 day pass –$40.00 per person Amenities badges can be purchased from the HOA office located at 1112 Glade Dr Mon-Sat 8:30-4pm or at the Community Center located at 1802 Glade Dr. Sun, Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat 11-7pm Here are the abundant amenities that Emerald Lakes offers: T H E Community Center Location: 1802 Glade Drive Open 11a-7p Mon, Wed, Sat, Sun The Emerald Lakes all-purpose community center is the focal point of the amenities. This facility offers: •heated indoor pool •full service grill w/ dining area •bar •game/arcade room •locker rooms complete w/ showers •children’s play structure •basketball court •tennis court The center is open year-round offering recreation activities & events. T H E Main Beach The Main Beach area is located on East Emerald Lake off Sage Road. There will find: •a groomed beach area w/ roped-off swimming in the lake. •restrooms •children’s play structure •picnic tables •boat racks w/ launch area. Important Information: Location: Mountaintop Lake Road • Nature • If you love the outdoors, this is where you want to be. Not only does the community have six lakes, but there is also plenty of wildlife & interesting plants & wildflowers to admire. Enjoy the spring blossoms & flowers, the early summer mountain laurel blooming, or the mid-summer rhododendron. This community is filled w/ wildlife such as deer, bear, fox, beaver & raccoons. These critters will provide you w/ plenty of epic photo opportunities. Make sure you take advantage of the natural splendor & sounds of the birds chirping & take time to relax & breathe in the fresh mountain air. The awesome amenities offered in this beautiful community are as follows: Pilgrim Lake is 1.62 acres & is the only designated area for ice-skating in the winter months as weather permits. East Lake is 5.24 acres & is used for fishing, swimming, having picnics, grilling outdoors, & playing bocce. There is food concession on property, a basketball court, a baseball field, & other scheduled activities during the summer season. Your host will provide you with a list of community activities that will be offered in during your stay. Pines Lake is 60.57 acres & is used for fishing, swimming, boating, having picnics, grilling outdoors & playing bocce as well. There is a food concession with snacks available for sale & activities may be scheduled here during the summer season. Locust Lake is 16.3 acres & is used for fishing, swimming, boating, having picnics, grilling outdoors & playing bocce. There is a food concession with snacks available for sale and various scheduled activities are offered here during the summer season. For your enjoyment, there are four tennis courts available, two of which are equipped with lights for evening play. Skiing is offered within the community with an elevation of slightly under 2000 feet. They have a T-bar operation. *slope is open as weather permits. *Guests 12 years of age and older are required to wear wristbands at all times while enjoying the various neighborhood amenities & activities. *6 complimentary wristbands are included with your booking. *Additional wristbands may be purchased for $9 per person per day. *Inquire with your host for specific registration guidelines & additional details. T H E Area There is so much to do year round in the Pocono Lake area. A short drive takes you to major ski resorts, championship golf, hiking, & adventure. Split Rock, Jack Frost, & the Kalahari indoor water park are only 15 minutes away. Experience the excitement of the Pocono Raceway, the Mt. Airy Casino, Camelback Resort or travel to Scranton or Wilkes Barre for sporting & cultural events. The area also features numerous farmers markets & antique shops, as well as outlet shopping.
