A little more pricey, but worth it. Cajun style comfort food straight out of New Orleans. They even have beignets!

Hamburg Inn is famous; Bluebird is nice, but when it comes to breakfast, we prefer Fairgrounds. My out-of-town relatives still dream about these waffles and the breakfast potatoes are addictive.
