They are excellent curators, there is always something amazing to see, as well as their permanent collections, the impressive gift shop and the cafe. The gardens and the beach are also accessible and I would recommend setting aside at least half a day for this activity, if not more. Check out their website for evening talks, concerts or poetry readings and extend your day to include dinner and a cultural event. You won’t regret it.

Beautiful building and house of one of the more traditional art, particularly sculptures. The cafe and the shop are very nice and the roof top offers a glorious view of Central Copenhagen.

Wonderful playground and park area in the middle of vibrant Vesterbro, where you can spend a whole day with the kids. It has a big playground area with a kiddy pool during the summer. There are bathrooms and a kiosk where you can buy coffee, ice cream and light snacks.
