It's beauty right on the waterfront with arts/drama/concerts and historic museums and sites on the same street. But the dramatic view of the Piscataqua river and the Portsmouth Waterfront and the beautiful flower beds and landscape is stunning. Also it is right next to the Strawberry Bank and the downtown!!!
