Food Scene

Slightly hidden away in one of the many passages that connect the main alleys of Salzburg's old town, Jin (the owner and chef) cooks up some decent Asian food in his tiny kitchen. Seeing him work is probably worth the visit alone. The food is good and you get a well-sized portion for relatively little money. Probably not the place for a first date but very suitable indeed for some takeout (unless you go for the Bibimbap; that is best enjoyed piping hot in the restaurant and definitely worth a try).

Fresh and clean Vietnamese food (no lactose, no gluten, no glutamate). It's a bit of a walk from the apartment but you'll pass by some lovely sights on the way. The only tricky part is actually finding it open... So best check Google or call them to find out.

Drinks & Nightlife

It's a few minutes from the apartment and the boys serve a selection of innovative or classic cocktails, long-drinks and all sorts of other forms of drinks. The bar is quite small - or should we say cozy - but it has a lively vibe nonetheless.

These guys simply make great drinks. It can get busy on the weekends and since it's a small space inside an old cellar, booking a spot might be a good idea.

One of the few non-smoking spots in Salzburg. It's also really close to the apartment, similarly built into the mountain. They show all sorts of sports on two big screens, so you won't miss anything important whilst travelling :) They have live bands on occasion and happy hour daily.
